Athlete or not ...carb loading once in a while it doesnt do any harm...if you are an athlete you should know that you need alot of carbs before races especially...this is fat i know...but once in a while...we only live once

Some of the greek ingredients are very humble and you can find in many markets. Like for example: for greek salad you need- cucumber, tomato, onion, olives dressed with e.v.o and lemon add to this fresh fried fish/sea food, fat greek yogurt , pita bread, and if you wanna be extra..grilled meats 😊
And there you have it. Hh of course the kitchen is more reach and have verity of unique dishes but I think this is mainly the spirit of a greek food.

But I stopped after a few months and when I started my channel because I didn’t get any satisfaction from watching eating videos any more. ERI! I was so excited for this video. I loved it. We are alike in so many ways. Today I had big chicken pittas and fries. I had 2 large ones and a large fry! It was delicious. Definitely one of my favorite foods as well. Your fries look especially good.
I wanted to tell you that I made the Nutella m&ms pie and I ate almost all of it last night haha and I have a big chunk left for tonight with Ice cream! So excited. Your last 2 Saturday videos with the chocolate cake and Nutella pie were fabulous so what will you do this Saturday?? Maybe you could do a big pie or an entire carrot cake?
