  • What's the least training you can get away with for a 100 mile ultra marathon in the mountains? I chat to Tim Pigott coach and physio for HP3 Coaching, find out more here www.hp-3.co.uk/ about my plans for the Montane Lakeland 100 in July 2023. I have a toddler and job to juggle, do I have time? What should I focus on? Should I run or hike? Tim answers all the questions and more, and will be back next month for another catch up - have your questions ready! Comment below or watch live and comment for the chance to get your ultra running questions answered.

This was fabulous! I took away so much, but the big one was when he was talking about why a big effort before a race might not be worth it... "taking 4 weeks off training for the sake of 1 day running". 🤯 That will make me reevaluate my race schedule tonight! Looking forward to following your training!

Thank you for this interview Claire . Tim Pigott is a solid coach and a good runner . It is really good to get advice directly from him . Well done both.

Just wondering if you got one of the Anti gravity devices for the tredmil? Or what was the actual name of it , couldn't find one anywhere 🤔
