Recipe Name- Mirchi Vada
Preparing time- 10 minutes
Cooking time- 15 minutes

Salan Chili ( Big Chili )- 6 nos
Potato- 5 medium ( 350 gm)
Oil for Deep frying
Turmeric powder- 1/2 ts
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Green coriander- 3 tbsp
Besan ( Bengal Gram)- 1 cup
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp for batter
Ginger- 2 inch
Green chili - 2 small
Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Black salt - to taste

Coriander seeds- 2 tbsp
Cumin- 1 tbsp
Kasoori methi- 2 tbsp
Hing - 1 tbsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Tatri - 1/2 tsp
