My analysis:
Female cop: physically interferes with you, refuses to answer whether you're detained or not, insinuates you are suspicious because you are exercising your rights, refuses to identify.
Male cop: tries to incriminate you based on a false accusation that he hasn't investigated. Ignores your request that the false claimant is dealt with.
Reggie: Doesn't break any laws.
File an IOPC complaint for assault, on camera, she has no defense whatsoever. Her failure to identify can be seen as a means to evade justice. Get a few grand compensation in your pocket, or at least a grovelling apology you can frame and stick on the wall.
And show online so if nothing else her "good" name is blackened on the internet forever.

My problem is how she side stepped the question, assaulted you and then continued to side step the question and then got you to start answering for your legal activity.

Yeah, that annoys me too, when people (auditors especially) ask an entirely legitimate question and then allow themselves to be sidetracked, the need to follow it through. But to be honest "am I being detained" is a bit of a flawed question, it hands the power over to the officer, they can chose to answer it or ignore it, and if there is no answer = you have to wait around for confirmation . . . . it's probably better to say something that forces their hand, with something much more direct like "if I am detained let me know in the next 5 seconds, if you don't respond I will take that as meaning I am not detained", and if there is no answer = you leave. "Am I being detained" is far too open ended.

I must have watched hundreds of auditor videos over the past 7 years and I have only ever seen a handful of decent coppers.
