Rob Balfour identified himself before he even came into view. He identified himself as a complete knob and proceeded to prove it over the next few minutes. He greeted a member of the public with "Yo" and within 30 seconds ordered them to stop doing a lawful activity. Because "this is not the way this is going to go..." who does he think he is ? Does he have super powers that we don't know about ? or just the powers that we bestowed upon him, which surprisingly enough must be exercised within the law. Not how he feels it should "go down". Is it little man syndrome or just years of getting away with being a total prat to members of the public. Go figure....
Conversing with officers like that is truly painful. They want to explain but the moment someone speaks back, they just dismiss it. They just want to dictate and never be challenged, even hypothetically. Another reason why audits should be standard training for every single officer. If they knew what audits were, they wouldnât make themselves look as foolish as this officer did.
The PCSO is fishing for problems and the security guard is more interested in feelings and he should tell them to grow up. Doing something that is unusual isn't a crime. Please keep up the good work reporting on crown employees

How can it be a secure area when the barriers are see through? If the area is secure then it MUST be blocked off so that no one can see through it. This cop is talking utter nonsense. Nothing happens at police stations except in the imagination of these cops. He is making it up as he goes along. If you did want to collect car registration numbers you are quite entitled to do so. As a child I and most school boys collected car reg. Numbers. The trouble is these cops just cannot accept the publicâs right to photograph. Tough . They will just have to get used to it.They cannot be allowed to make up their own laws.
Its not ok for a member of the public to film as it makes police officers in a secure building uncomfortable, but its perfectly fine for them to watch and film us. The DI is right though. People have been injured in police stations up and down the country, which result in civil claims against the police for the violence inflicted by them.
Good job on the security guard making Point of Contact. Ya never know what kind of wack jobs are walking around the streets these days. He understood the point⊠had a pleasant conversation
Hey Reggie, you are one of the funniest guys I have ever come across....and I have known some right head-bangers in my day. Love the channel. đđđ
Feelings are more important than the law, with an attitude like that this cop should be a road sweeper. THE LAW IS THE LAWâŠâŠ.. FEELINGS DO NOT MATTER, they canât if society is to function. You do not have to answer any questions a police officer asks you.. Anything you say can ONLY be used against you, never in your favour.
It's really sad how the paranoia is so deeply embedded and constantly reinforced. Nothing to do with helping the public, everyone is a threat and cops are the only thing that matters. Things that happen at police stations include the assaults and deaths in custody of the public, at the hands of the police. That far outweighs any incident of threat to themselves.
Sterling work - excellent interaction, great footage and narrative. The security guard seemed like a decent bloke with a very friendly accent. Many interesting point such as the police ordering you to put the phone down 10:07. Hilarious "just one more thing" moment at 10:27 - showing off that he has use of his ears. DI Snowflake 'hurt feelings' alert at 10:34 ! Great work Reggie Photo.
Brilliant video and you handled the situation really well. I thought the security guard had the right approach even if I didn't agree with him. That was instantly undone by the muppet pc who stomps over to the conversation with an appalling attitude from the start. Why can't they get the idea that if you are asking someone what they are doing then that is not the same as demanding?
Excellent vid Reggie, exposing the âsnowflakeâ attitude of them ! Absolutely owned the pair of them âŠâŠ I enjoy watching your vids - keep safe out there mate
Great audit Reggie. You sharp made PC Bad Attitude back down and be a tiny bit civil. The security guard was ok to be fair. Btw, When I see a video by you pop up, the image of you as a Hippy, doing you tongue thing as you walked along the street, haunts me to this day haha. Peace and love Reggie, respect!
The people who are feeling uncomfortable when they see someone with a camera need to call a therapist, not the cops! And if they don't want their cars recorded, they should have built a wall instead of a see-through fence!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So this is the basic translation of the conversation: "We are genuinly afraid of the general public, everything we don't control, everything we don't understand and everything we find strange."
Watching this again Reggie. I used to work at ISS, just noticed that on the security guys back. Technically I was an Auditor lol. My job as supervisor was to spot check on the cleaning staff at banks in Mid to North Wales. During the day same thing turn up unannounced, ask them were they happy with the cleaners etc? If only I had a camera lol.
I think it is incorrect that PCSO are allowed to drive marked police vehicles without being accompanied by a police officer. Detective inspector Robert Balfour 3327, you have a very bad aggressive attitude, the way you approach and speak to members of the public is very poor, maybe re training in people skills would be an advantage. And i do believe that a lot of people have called you odd, very odd.
Funny how they always claim you're going round in circles when you turn the alleged argument round on them. They can't answer without incriminating themselves or making them look even more dumb. Great audit Reggie.
This paranoia, especially the issues of filming âprivate platesâ, suggest to me that there must be so much abuse of powers and process in the police that they are terrified that members of the public who have been abused in one way or another are hell bent upon retribution. Whatever other reason could there be for the abhorrence of having their activities filmed? Iâm starting to believe that there must be a prolific amount of examples of police misconduct which potentially give rise to a moment whereby tolerance of them and their falsely perceived authority will no longer be tolerated by the public in general and that the consequences of this will be a series of direct and personal attacks upon them and their families. More and more we see police premises built like fortresses, surely this must illustrate their fear of the public and the possibility that they feel under siege due directly as a result of their misconduct. I would like to hear a cogent explanation of their weird procedures and over enthusiastic security from a chief constable in a public debate. I would suggest that the so called âthin blue lineâ will inevitably collapse which will lead to Armageddon on our streets, something that no right minded person would ever desire. Without doubt the police need a large wake up call and a change in policy in order to allow better integration with the very people which they are employed and paid to serve.
Well , 1: Number plates are a matter of public record ...and 2: The whole problem is that the police have the attitude that they don't serve us ( the general public ) . They in fact DO serve the 'Establishment'.... which is why they should be viewed as the Enemy ! ( Rightfully so . ) ..... What you have alluded to ( Armageddon ) IS coming .....It's never been more obvious , but they're not going to learn any other way , apparently !
Except they feel thy don't work for the public at all and that we don't pay there wages ,the gov does , leaving them to do as they will to you or anyone else for that matter .
They are attacked quite often I know a few occasions its not been reported and its been done by the very folks they accost under false pretences the old a man with a knife has been reported excuse given to a guy as reason for stop he had a legal penknife he lost his legal grandfather's slipjoint heirloom turns out no such phone call was made to police but the dirty desk sergeant said the stop was because of man was acting suspicious pcs know this so that's why they take the piss they got pepper sprayed to within an inch of their lives and thrashed fuĂ" out of both of them it doesn't happen often enough to be honest but they really are lying thugs police Scotland . I'm always accosted and asked for a licence for my bow and arrow no such thing exists I've heard some lies out of their mouths as to how me carrying a huge 44 in bow case with custom arrows with reg numbers on them prob ain't the best thing to go commit crimes with they are absolutely nuts they just murdered a man here for handing in a stolen bag it was a coppers wife's taken in a break in he gave details to police after finding bag and was murdered by police Scotland who gave his details out to the coppers wife they even know who gave the man's details but haven't even sacked them for breach of data the coppers wife even gave her cousin a lift to and from the man's house to murder him after getting his details criminaly and surprise surprise she got away with it they police need justice done to them because the family of the man who was only trying to hand in a bag was killed by these thugs
One of the reasons for the paranoia is because they don't like the accountability that camera's expose. Why? Is it because their systems are being used to abuse the public? Information is power to control. If the masses ever rise up and say "enough is enough" they would loose CONTROL! So why do you think that they fear camera's at certain locations? Is it because of special armed tactical squads are housed there? For anti terrorism purposes of course, but WHO are the terrorists? YOU?

@@ReggiePhoto well this vid certainly shows how you are learning to keep your composure. Curious to know why the cop was based at the premises ,is this another example of our ublicservants being used as free labour for big business?
7:44 It could be argued that the copper asking why you are at the station is breaching your human rights. Article 8 says that people are entitled to their private life, so why you are doing what you are doing is your private matter. The state, and by extension the police, has no right to even ask. They might say that they can because of security is one of the exemptions where the state can interfere. But that's security of the nation, not a police station in the middle of nowhere. Nor can they ask for the prevention of crime, because that requires a crime to be in progress or about to be carried out. They can't say that the crime could be carried out days in the future.
seems that article 8 could be flipped around and used to say that others who feel uncomfortable should also have a right to their private life even in public?
@@triplezs6307 That could be considered as a redundant point , CCTV and,or dashcams, is on most of us, the majority of the time, Reggie's is one of many cameras, hence,no expectation of privacy in public, you can create your own privacy by covering up your image, but options are limited.
@@triplezs6307 Being uncomfortable is not something that is protected. Nor does it interfere in someone's private life. Is it little man syndrome or just years of getting away with being a total prat to members of the public. Go figure....
Well said mate! đ
Say no more; PCSO đ€Šââïž âThis is going to be a silly conversationâ he started it !
The PCSO is fishing for problems and the security guard is more interested in feelings and he should tell them to grow up. Doing something that is unusual isn't a crime. Please keep up the good work reporting on crown employees
He was a PCSO f u c k me! I thought he was a police inspector arrogant prick.
Another classic video, thanks Reggie đ and what would Rolls Royce be doing hiding military equipment, and why is there a communications mast in the distance, very odd that the police are based there đ€
"You ARE filming registrations that are in private property."
25 seconds later...
"I was just asking, that's all."
Standing up to their BS is the only way they'll learn!
Congratulations on sending "Baldy" home to his rocking horse.
Love these videos. Your accent makes them 10x funnier too đ
Wow! You handled that superbly. Showing total calm and being polite, concise and rational. Far too much so for that moronic idiotic cop! Perhaps the'security guard was one of the better ones...
Your style gets better and better. đ
We are in such dangerous times as now the police have become âThought Police!â
The security guy knew the score so didn't push it . But when ginger bollocks came rushing in all Bolshoi like , he soon wound his neck in when realising what he was up against ! Trouble was , how could he then back out without looking a kant ?
Answer : He couldn't ! đ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđđ„
The Security guy had to step in and save the DI at 13:40
@@135Ops absolutely đ. But he still found it hard to back down đ. Credit due to security guy , beggers belief how he got more brains than the ' police ' tho đ€
Mate you are the GOAT of Auditing. You do flow with the person.
What makes me laugh is never in all my 30 years on earth have I heard of someone attacking the police station.
He's uncomfortable with you filming and speaking to his friend while he listens to the conversation covertly...ffs
Great audit Reggie
Its not ok for a member of the public to film as it makes police officers in a secure building uncomfortable, but its perfectly fine for them to watch and film us.
The DI is right though. People have been injured in police stations up and down the country, which result in civil claims against the police for the violence inflicted by them.
I doubt they are watching you, you don't seem that interesting lmao.
đ€đ€đ€đ€
Good job on the security guard making Point of Contact. Ya never know what kind of wack jobs are walking around the streets these days. He understood the point⊠had a pleasant conversation
Hey Reggie, you are one of the funniest guys I have ever come across....and I have known some right head-bangers in my day. Love the channel. đđđ
Respect mate, what do you do đ
@@ReggiePhoto I try to do as little as possible. đ
DETECTIVE INSPECTOR!!,,,,,,he must have had a cheat sheet when he sat the promotion exam
Nice to see you back Reggie uploading. Thought you deserted us all lol.
I didn't realise we had 'Feelings Police'
You handled that very well Reg
CHEERS
'Feelings Police' . Just shows what an absolute shit-show we are in.
Great work Reggie Photo.
this is too funny thanx reggie getting better with every video
Will the police ever learn. You handled the situation extremely well Reggie.
When you find a good channel ! Its like binge watching netflix box sets !

10/10 for the security guards professionalism!
Very well done Reggie. You're an inspiration
Respect mate đ đ
Great audit Reggie. You sharp made PC Bad Attitude back down and be a tiny bit civil. The security guard was ok to be fair.
Btw, When I see a video by you pop up, the image of you as a Hippy, doing you tongue thing as you walked along the street, haunts me to this day haha.
Peace and love Reggie, respect!
The people who are feeling uncomfortable when they see someone with a camera need to call a therapist, not the cops! And if they don't want their cars recorded, they should have built a wall instead of a see-through fence!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Brilliant Reggie it must be very Trying to keep cool in the face of insanity
Great to bump into you in Crewe today Reggie, keep up the good work and i look forward to the upload

So this is the basic translation of the conversation: "We are genuinly afraid of the general public, everything we don't control, everything we don't understand and everything we find strange."

Well done. You showed the cop what's what. Overblown ego of that cop was deflated in good fashion.
If only I had a camera lol.
đ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ
I think it is incorrect that PCSO are allowed to drive marked police vehicles without being accompanied by a police officer.
Detective inspector Robert Balfour 3327, you have a very bad aggressive attitude, the way you approach and speak to members of the public is very poor, maybe re training in people skills would be an advantage.
And i do believe that a lot of people have called you odd, very odd.
đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
It's all about POWER. Nothing else.
YOU?
@@oddball7483 precisely the point Iâm trying to make old chap

Fair play to you. Don't watch many of these types of vids but honestly most that I do I kind of leave a bit of a neg comment as they seem to act in a way to create a reaction and I tell them how I see it. However you were really chilled, knowledgeable and calmy collected in your manner and handling of this which makes me want to watch a few more. Good man. Keep at it.
Thanks Sarah but I do have my mistakes, I often kick myself when I loose composure as its not the real me.
@@ReggiePhoto well this vid certainly shows how you are learning to keep your composure. I understand auditor's retaliating sometimes because there is enough asholes out there to test a vicar patience but I for one don't mind that as long as it's them being the aggressors for a while before an auditor reacts. I mean we are only human and if someone throws enough shit then they deserve to get some back. Love the way the authoritaran copper is instructed by the, security guard to leave you alone .What a disgrace that cops attitude ,and interpretation of the law was ,he should be retrained or hopefully dismissed, it was like a flickering ,dim low wattage lightbub, the cop needing a motive for every thing ,exercising your rights was an insult to his very being ,every fibre of his tiny intellect was screaming ,WHY OH WHY ARE THESE CITIZENS WHO PAY OUR WAGES ALLOWED TO HAVE RIGHTS?
Curious to know why the cop was based at the premises ,is this another example of our ublicservants being used as free labour for big business?
EDUCATED!!!!!....Well done Reggie.Respectđđđđ
7:44 It could be argued that the copper asking why you are at the station is breaching your human rights. Article 8 says that people are entitled to their private life, so why you are doing what you are doing is your private matter. The state, and by extension the police, has no right to even ask. They might say that they can because of security is one of the exemptions where the state can interfere. But that's security of the nation, not a police station in the middle of nowhere. Nor can they ask for the prevention of crime, because that requires a crime to be in progress or about to be carried out. They can't say that the crime could be carried out days in the future.
So true mate đ
seems that article 8 could be flipped around and used to say that others who feel uncomfortable should also have a right to their private life even in public?
@@triplezs6307 That could be considered as a redundant point , CCTV and,or dashcams, is on most of us, the majority of the time, Reggie's is one of many cameras, hence,no expectation of privacy in public, you can create your own privacy by covering up your image, but options are limited.
@@triplezs6307 a private life, in public? Think about it, does that make any sense to you? Really?
@@triplezs6307 Being uncomfortable is not something that is protected. Nor does it interfere in someone's private life.
In fact, part of living in a free society means that you will be uncomfortable about stuff. But it means that you can do stuff that others find uncomfortable. It works both ways.
Lord Justice Bean and Justice Warby have stated in the appeal court that freedom to speak only inoffensively is not worth having.
It's really awful when people feel uncomfortable. The security guy is a muppet. I really can't believe that cop is legit. His behavior is ODD.
Not sure why you say the security guy is a muppet, the muppet was the cop I thought
I remember another auditor who was at the front of this building and he sent his drone up and the security and the police went ape shit and firstly threatened him with arrest and then they backed off as he was standing on the public pavement at the time , but they did panic and press alarm bells đ .
Who was that? The only other guy I remember here was Focus Pocus
Can you remember the auditor would be good to see
What you have here is someone (badly) used to having his way and telling people what to do.
That was obvious in his instant attitude.
They'll try to twist anything around to force their view on you like it's law.
Bloody prima donna.
