hihi , AKG C 414 B-TL II which i own more than 25 yrs , had no sound after connect cable and phantom power , i did contact AKG china and US , that is what they send me : AKG REPLY to me : The AKG C 414 B-TL II has been out of production for many years, and if the customer is willing to try it, we can attempt to replace it with other model parts during repair. , they said don't have any parts any more so do u have parts to repair ? also How much does it cost according to your estimate? thx
@@fychan7000 I didn't get authorised by Harmon group so couldn't get spares. Obviously make sure your 48v phantom power is good on the board, and check all your tantalum capacitors. I had to write off the one I had in for repair, as I couldn't get a diaphragm.
