200ml hot water (60C/140F)
2g salt
Tips:
* The bowl should be a little thicker to ensure that the egg liquid is warming up at the same time
* The water temperature is about 60 degrees Celsius, shorten the steaming time
* The ratio of egg liquid to water, volume ratio 1:2, can be adjusted slightly according to taste
* Add salt, electrolytes can help the egg liquid to coagulate
* Cover with a plate to prevent water droplets from damaging the smooth surface
