Hi David, we have two specialist voice prostheses that can help to reduce leakage: Provox ActiValve and Provox Vega XtraSeal. Your clinician will be able to advise if these are suitable for you. Daily cleaning of your voice prosthesis can also help to delay leakage, find out more on our website: www.atosmedical.co.uk/laryngectomy/total-laryngectomy/clean-your-voice-prosthesis/
