What do you think about this monitor and 4K monitors in general?
Great video!
Can you also make same type of video on budget 1440p monitor
Maybe later. I have a lot of GPU videos coming next. But if you want to know what my favourite budget 1440p monitor is then here it is - Gigabyte M27Q 😉 I've used it for a long time and it was great. Especially, if you catch it at low price. It's currently $260 on US Amazon. I think that's a good price.
@@theivadim I'm thinking about getting the Asus TUF VG27AQM1A monitor. It's got a 260Hz refresh rate and 1440p resolution. I currently have the Asus TUF 280Hz monitor at 1080p. After upgrading to the 4070Ti Super, your video helped me decide. So, I'm thinking of upgrading my monitor too
With that GPU I wouldn't hesitate to upgrade to 4K🙂 But your choice looks great too. Especially, if you play a lot of games that you can run at 200+ FPS at 1440p. More frames is better😀
Hey does anyone know what’s a good arm mount for it and also my goodness that’s the best monitor
What monitor arm are you using? Thanks
I can't recommend it. It has issues. I haven't found a good one to recommend yet.
You don’t NEED expensive gpu, but you definitely would appreciate it. Getting 60fps without RT and with frame generation enabled is kinda suck. 4070super isn’t 4k gpu, I wouldn’t buy anything lower 16gb vram for 4k. So 4070ti super is a minimum I would take to pare with 4k screen.
4070 Ti SUPER is obviously better. 4090 is even more better. I know because I've had an RTX 4090 for several weeks. But my point is - even the 4070 SUPER PC build works. The only thing I can't do is play games at 4K with ray tracing enabled. I'm having a good time using this setup.
eh most games dont get close to 16gb vram for 4k still. I have a 4090 and i try purposefully to max out the usage and it just doesnt get close.
@@iiduzme you said most games today, I don't buy GPU for 1 year. I buy it for 4 years minimum. Also, most games already means not every game today. If you buy 4k monitor, you probably spent on it 400-500$+, but a good GPU to enjoy it. like you did with 4090, great choice. a bit expensive but perfect for 4k.
"you should get a 1440p monitor instead of 4k because you have a slower gpu" this is a horribly inaccurate statement. The more pixels you have at your disposal.. the better an upscaled image looks. As in.. 1080p upscaled to 4k looks noticeably better than 1080p upscaled to 1440p. This idea that there is no benefit to getting a higher resolution screen with a slower GPU is complete nonsense. I got my 4k monitor when I had a GTX 1080 and had zero regrets because the upscaling looked so much better than I expected. You get the benefit of a crispier screen and can upgrade your GPU and get all the advantages of having a 4k monitor.
4k is coming down a lot . How about an open box g7 4k 144hz 28 inch monitor with 2 year replacement plan for $280 out the door. Got it 1 year ago from the microcenter.
Sounds good. Are you enjoying your G7?
@@theivadimYes but of course the HDR is useless
Oh yes... the "HDR"😄 The screen doesn't get bright enough to deliver good HDR. But it still looks a little bit better than HDR off. Don't you agree?
@@theivadim not really lol it unpredictable when parts of the screen will go dark and it's overall too dark.. just a wonky experience.
Amazing 😅😅Bro Thats Cards Frame Generation Is Very Helpful To Play Games At 4 K
Maybe In Future If They Releasee God Of War Regnarok They Released With Dlss
And If They Release Last Of Us They Will Give Fsr 3 FG Because Its More Heavy
Game Then Other Maybe God Of War God Of War Are Also Future High Graphics Demanding Games
Indeed, very helpful. I want to see DLSS tech in all games as standard🙂
@@theivadim 😅😅😅How Was Your Day
I Hope Your Days Going Well
Easy Peacy 😎
I'm keeping myself busy🫡 Thank you! I hope you are well too?
@@theivadim Yup Sir 😅
i bought a 4070 super pc for 1882 euros here in cyprus while i could have bought a 4080 super for same price in us
Was it prebuild or you built it yourself?
@@daniil3815 i built it myself
Does anyone know what monitor stand he is using?
It’s Maidesite. But I don’t recommend it. The quality is not good. I’m looking for a good alternative to replace it with.
@@theivadim can you make a video or a yt short of the new stand if you get one?
It could be a while. It's not high priority right now. This one is still technically functional🙂 It's just that one of the rubber feet that should sit on the desk surface is slightly up in the air, creating a gap between the desk and base of the stand. And no amount of pressure can fix that. It's just crooked like that😄 But it works. So, I'm fine with it for now.
