Some folks I have known over the years who ride bikes have different takes on wearing gloves. BUT the ones that get hit with a microscopic piece of asphalt on their knuckle at 70 mph will preach the others into submission to JUST WEAR THE GLOVES and maybe, just maybe you will enjoy your ride just a little bit more. I don't ride anymore but wearing gloves in these situations, just makes sense! Great video Chad. 73

I hear ya. I know plenty of folks that don’t wear gloves, during summer. To each their own. To me it feels weird NOT wearing them. Thanks man!

I always have all the equipment on when I ride.. Helmet, gloves, motorcycle jacket, motorcycle pants and shoes. I've had a couple of friends who were just going for a quick trip to the shop.. who unfortunately spent time at the medical center for cleaning small gravel and other crap out of the scrub wounds.. One had the whole season ruined because he didn't have gloves on.. So lesson learned..

In America we believe in freedom rather than what can protect us. Europe requires helmets and gloves. Also look at the stats of motorcycle accidents there and how they require motorcycle training. We want the freedom to mess ourselves up.
