- A step by step guide on how to bring an item (Plasma Cannon and Scepter) to the Cosmic Ocean in Spelunky 2. Also includes how to find the Mothership
Note: For Tidepool/Temple put your Hired Hand to sleep at the start of each level and reset his timer before 2 minutes. If you’re not doing Qilin Skip go to Abzu and get the Tablet. Give your Hired Hand the item in Neo Babylon while you grab the Ushabti or you can give the item to Waddler in the Ice Caves.
Also for the Mothership there’s two places the middle entrance can spawn, the other is one block left of the example in the video. My mistake

A really well made tutorial.
I would have added a noted about not leaving the HH near the entrance if the Sun Challenge is low down.
I lost my HH to red skeletons once and haven't made that mistake again.
Thanks zomb1ecube! Great point! I always forget the Red Skeletons spawn outside of the Challenge room as well.
Edit: I guess one should park the hired hand off screen of the Sun Challenge/Tun area to make sure no Red Skeletons spawn outside of the room and kill it.
with scepter you can shoot the chicken heads, bow to 7-8 tile from left and floorstrats

Isn't it possible to skip the hundun fight by shooting the egg's eye before the heads have hatched? Or was that patched?
Oh wow I forgot about that glitch. Yeah that’s been patched for a while now unfortunately. A Hundun skip would be a game changer
