Barris: *Failed to attack the Temple*
Anakin: Fine I'll do it myself
The irony of knowing that you're right yet you're unable to do anything to stop it.
Agree
She'll break out and fight clones just to get ans
Maybe don’t take the lives of innocents and you won’t be in that situation. Zero pity for Barris
@@TheSeaCalls69 she will resist cause she senses her master is betrayed by them at the same time that's happening right now
I don’t think that’s irony
I bet that Barris felt somewhat sad when she found out that most of the Jedi were dead
Is because she is off screen tried to fight the clone during order 66 just to save the jedi
To be honest she is one of my favorite characters
@@Gufupandi09th13 That's not possible because she was in prison when it happened.
@@alixvalove you know that the prison cell doesn't withstand force sensitive user as she can just break out by using some dark style if necessary
@@Gufupandi09th13 Have you not watched the episode? You can literally see her in the prison the whole time. She didn't leave it until the 4th Sister arrived to retrieve her to the Inquisitor base
Her hearing the screams, then seeing the temple burning and can't do anything about it. That sucks
Off screen fought the clones just to save Jedis
@@Gufupandi09th13 no she didn't your just a fan fu ck making stuff up.

It's like seeing your friends killed from a distance.
Hearing screams of the jedi getting killed and a sound of a lightsaber which is Anakin gave me chills
Imagine how horrible that must be like. Hearing them scream in your head and not having a single clue what’s going on until it’s too late
Suprised The Clones didnt execute Barris even when she is not a Jedi anymore Ahsoka was no longer a Jedi and still targetted
That's because Ashoka had a connection to Anakin, and Palpatine made an exception for her.
@@tomskowski6239 i thought it was because rex under the influence of the inhibator chip and the inhibator chip thought ahsoka was a jedi?
@@bananadaily2317Palps left her on the list on purpose because Ahsoka had the best chance to turn Anakin back to the light he couldn't afford to exempt Ahsoka but exempted Anakin because of his grand plan in the Chip arc when Tups Chip malfunction he only attacked the 2 other Jedi but spared Anakin
Pretty sure they'll show us soon as she mentioned that she tried to run when order 66 went down but was short
All force sensitives were target of order 66
We finally see what described of other jedi saying they heard screams of pain and death when they sensed order 66
What I would give to see Order 66 inside the Jedi Temple in animation!
Yes please that's exactly what I said before
True Star Wars fans know that Barriss was never no DarkSider or Sith at heart at all.
She was nothing but a disgruntled Jedi who had her gripes with the order but loved that group to the death 🤷🏾♂️✅.
She blew people up
She blew people up
Sure loved them to *death,* alright. Killed six of them when she bombed the temple.
Yeah, she didn't feel disillusioned with the Jedi Way, she just was disillusioned with the order itself, the institution of both the Jedi and the Republic became. But, when she becomes an Inquisitor, she realizes that the Empire isn't the alternative she envisioned.
@@taiwandxt6493
There you go ✅.
Barriss attacked the Jedi Temple.
Anakin/Vader burned the Jedi Temple.
Barris: *failed to attack the Jedi Temple*
Anakin: *Skinner* Pathetic
Was it a fail? She didn't blow the whole thing up but it killed the folks she intended it to kill
"Just be glad you aren't a jedi anymore".
Welp I guess Jesse didn't get the memo for Ashoka.
Ashoka was appointed to lead by the jedi any or all jedi. Barris was no longer in thr order and in jail.
@@JohnG44 so what? She ain't a jedi anymore or in the order
@RicePho ashoka was appointed by a jedi it matter especially since she was leading troops and wend the order came any or all are a target especially if palpatine wants them dead. As for barris, she wasn't in the order, and she was captured already.
and for Maul.
Anakin succeeded where she failed
This was one my favorite scene in Tales of the Empire.
Same the Operation knightfall
1:03 the clones almost sound like they have a new zealand accent
They do.
Almost like they want to kill her so bad Jedi or not
i personally resolve the "Ahsoka wasnt a jedi but was still targetted by Order 66" with, the order's wording stated "Any and all *jedi leadership* is to be executed", ahsoka was given the role of Advisor to then-Commander Rex for the Mandalore campaign by Anakin Skywalker, so when the Order came through, she was a Leader put in place by a jedi, reporting to the Jedi Council. Maul was a prisoner, a known threat to the Republic, being delivered to the Jedi Council. now that the Jedi were traitors, no reason to let Maul- a threat to the Republic- continue living, and Ahsoka who reports to the Jedi Council, falls under "Leadership", even if shes not actually a JEDI anymore. but thats just me jumping through hoops. XD
My guess is that the Jedi Council had to have told Palpatine the situation on Mandalore being handled by Ahsoka.
When it came for the final plan to get rid of the Jedi, he purposely sent away Obi-Wan and Yoda away since there were the only 2 Jedi he would go for advice. Not only that, but he planted the seeds of mistrust in Anakin in his relationship with Padme.
With no one to turn to, Anakin felt alone and the only person he went to advice was Palpatine. At that moment, Palpatine had Anakin in his grip.
When Anakin became Darth Vader, his intention was to get rid of those close to Anakin. So even if Ahsoka was not a Jedi, she shared an emotional attachment to Anakin, something Palpatine knew he needed to get rid of.
Love this scene and this series so much!
Damn we miss to see anakin knightfall in CW animation
We'll soon get knightfall in CW style

You would think that being close proximity to the Temple Barris would feel a surge of emotion rushing through her because of all those deaths…
Yoda felt the same and he was on Kashyyk.
She gonna fight her way out of prison and kill any clone stand in her way just to see of what's going on like Bail organa
You'd also think that as a trained Jedi the story about Vader wouldn't fool her, she'd sense Anakin Skywalker in that suit.
Barriss no longer a Jedi
Funny that even though Barriss had a history with the Jedi and when order 66 is happening, the Clones don’t decide to kill her.
However, when Ahsoka finding out about order 66, and since she is no longer a Jedi at the time, the Clones still attack her.
Bro the clones had NO chill this part 😭
Guess order 66 lets clones not hurt former jedi turned to the dark side
Wrong they are testing formers
@@Gufupandi09th13they surely didn’t test Ashoka considering she left the order right after Barris was taken away for betraying the order.
@@michealbanksjr.3630 no I'm mean they're are testing of them surviving the order 66 event
I thought Order 66 targeted all force users sans Anakin and Palpatine. Ahsoka wasn't a Jedi, and she was targeted. But i guess it makes sense since the Inquisitors obviously survived.
They were tested if they were worthy
Even though Ashoka left the order they still viewed her as an Jedi more than likely cause she was the student of anakin and they needed no lose ends considering the palpatine needed anakin on his side and knowing Ashoka she more than likely would’ve tried to stop the entire plan.
Any leadership appointed by the jedi plus sidious didn't like her.
There is a tad bit of inconsistency but I'd like to think that Order 66 works by having the Clones target who they believe is a Jedi in their subconscious. Ahsoka was still viewed by the clones as a jedi deep down because of what she went through for them, as their leader. Barriss is just viewed by these guards as a criminal.
I hate how we see everyone’s perspective of this but we haven’t actually seen operation knightfall I was hoping they’d show us
We already seen it bunch of times especially in the beginning of kenobi.
@@JohnG44 from anakins perspective
@Darthlightskin ah true but I rather be in animation it can show more jedi and their power in live its difficult.
Referring to someone far away seeing it burn
So Barriss survived Order 66!!
The logic doesn’t make sense. Maul and Ahsoka weren’t jedi but were still attacked. Barris wasn’t a jedi and wasn’t attacked. It makes no sense tbh
Apparently Palpsiboy kept a list of disillusoined Jedi and other "grey" or Dark-side leaning Force users that could be of use to him. Barriss, having bombed the Jedi Tempel, was on it. Maul, Ventress and Ahsoka were not
Anakin was a jedi and he didn't get attacked. Come on man it's common sense to know palpatine had a list of jedi for clones to not turn on.
Palpatine had plans for who were to become inquisitors after order 66 by looking at how they viewed the order and the war, Barriss was an obvious candid for that and that’s also how most of the inquisitors, including the grand inquisitor, were recruited.
Ahsoka and maul were obvious threats and were in a major battle at the time so were targeted. Even if she wasn’t working with the republic at the time she still would’ve been hunted as the empire went after dangerous former jedi like seen with Eeth Koth in the Vader comics
@@thegloriouskingkronk8422Ventress was no where to be found at that time
@@yc_knight6370 considering she was never confirmed dead, it's very likely the Emperor kept her on the "kill on sight" part of the list. No reason not to, anyway
Jedi vs Empire
0:20 we know that lightsabers sound from Anakin

Barriss not a Jedi anymore? No problem. Ahsoka not a Jedi anymore? So anyway I started blasting!
Satisfied Barris?
So Barris wasn't executed during order 66 "because she wasn't a jedi anymore"
Yet Ashoka would have been ?
Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't they both leave the order in the same episode at the same time. Yes Barris was a completely different case but they both still left regardless and therefore are no longer jedi ?
Na ashoka was appointed back by anakin to lead 501 to mandalore while barris was in prison already.
Ok so on screen inquisitors so far have been:
Grand Inquisitor
Marrok aka First Brother ?
Second Sister aka Trilla Suduri
Third Sister aka Reva Sevander
Fourth Sister aka Lyn Rakish
Fifth Brother
Sixth Brother ? (Deflated Mask Guy)
Seventh Sister
Eigth Brother
Ninth Sister aka Masana Tide
Barriss Offee aka Tenth Sister ?
I don't know it was never confirmed of what her new name should have been
use this as a this show was barely mid button
The timing of this was bad. 1st we never ever saw or heard anything and her connection with her master Luminara which I found very sad and annoying. 2nd she sees this and then in the next breathe we have the fourth sister coming to her cell. I mean its like she was already there and waiting before order 66..... I thought she was a jedi before? We are made to believe that from the first scene to her entrance is like a few days
Wow order 66 on my 20th birthday this is alright but hopefully bariss continuity show her fight her way out fighting shock troopers during order 66
Not cool

@@felixchuah2854 too bad I love Order 66
What if the badbatch rescued barriss offee before anakin took the jedi temple
It already took late but don't worry she'll break out of prison to stop the madness
sooooooo This screws up cannon... because previously the clones couldn't distinguish assoka from being a jedi even though she wasn't a part of the order for some time... but they can for Barriss..? Feloni what you doing lol
It doesn’t really since in the canon story inquisitor rise of the red blade, it’s confirmed that Palpatine had a list of Jedi who’d become disillusioned with the Jedi order. Like Anakin these Jedi would be spared by the clones and given the chance to join the inquisitors.
@alecjackman2655 I didn't know that! Thanks you!
@halfwayloaded Not Just that, Ahsoka served as an emotional attachment to Anakin. So I'd imagine he'd want her out of the way from ruining his plans in his pursuit to find his perfect apprentice.
Don't worry we'll soon see her kill clone troopers just to get answers of what's happening
how is it Ahsoka was targetted by Order 66, but not Barriss?
She is an exception since palpatine kept certain jedi he deemed as potential inquisitors alive
@@_ssc__ That still doesnt make sense, because of the nature of the Inhibitor Chips alone.
Worst clone legion for me. Probably bitter because they don't see much action compared to the rest of their brothers.
wtf the inquisitorious were up and running during episode 3??? The Clones in the military HQ were taking orders from dark siders before order 66 had even happened? What kind of retcon is that filoni is addicted man I swear. If the grand inquisitor defected before order 66 (it would have been much better if the first inquisitor was a fallen temple guard and was turned after order 66 but nah) Palpatine was just like welcome brother I’m going to have your new boss recruited soon just go wait in the barracks don’t tell anyone I’m actually the chancellor LMAO
1. I didn't watch this show, but if the Clones in HQ were wearing red armor, then as the Coruscant Guard, they were bred/conditioned to be undyingly loyal to the Chancellor/Emperor. If he said, "obey the people wearing black robes", they wouldn't question it.
2. The Grand Inquisitor, if I remember Legends correctly, was contacted by Darth Sidious' agents (who I assume did not know/reveal his true identity but reassured him that the Dark Lord exists) before Order 66. He was eventually crucial in its execution because he assassinated/ambushed and killed all Temple Guards in preparation, because Sidious feared the combined might of those guards would be enough to overwhelm Anakin (and if they can defeat Anakin, they'd probably stop the 501st too).
3. Also, Legends, but there were Jedi/Force Sensitives Sidious started swaying to the Dark Side even before Phantom Menace. A few he contacted personally, especially earlier on, but soon he had agents within the Temple grounds, identifying Jedi who just needed the right nudge to fall. For example, Anakin's emotional instability, and the fact that the Grand Inquisitor so resented the Dark Arts/Knowledge being horded away that he was willing to kill to obtain it.
She was in prison for a while , and the inquisitors existed a few months after order 66
Unfortunately that isn't exactly a retcon. Canon comics and established that palpatine had already selected some jedi like the GI to become inqusitors before order 66 happened. Which I find at least a little silly, but I don't like the idea of inquisitors in general so what do I know?
Why would that be so weird? Sidious had Dooku running his secret errands a full decade before the Phantom Menace.
Bro what you on about? Do the tiniest bit of research and you’ll see that palpatine had eyes on which Jedi he’d convert to become inquisitors, he had already turned a few before order 66 but with others he had the clones capture them during order 66 and offer them a chance to join him or die
D. HAS NO POLITICAL AGENDA: First They/Them non binary Jedi LOL Why had the Jedi no name adressed? Thats why XD And in the complete 5th episode was NO explanation for it
the person was never asked or the two talked about it before the mission so they (two) assumed it is that not the same "hate crime" or "negation of the person" as to assume that "They" could be a "she " or "he"? But the empier care abou non binary people....and for Mulan the region with forced labour and forced sterilisation was thanked by D. and Black Panther wore not bc it was cool a mask on all cinema posters in China and the homosexual couple from Ep9 was cut out there ;)
