SUNDAY in RISHIKESH | Yoga teacher training in India | India Vlog 2019

This video is about my last Sunday in Rishikesh. During the yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, we had Sundays off to rest & relax. Most of us used this opportunity to explore the city.
On Sundays, we also didn't have dinner at school, so we had a chance to go out and try some local restaurants. This time we went to a restaurant called Rawat and had some amazing Indian food there.

yes, we had a pranayama class every day in the morning and we learned different types of pranayamas)
