- Hey guys, this video is about a typical day in my life during the yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. We used to have a very structured schedule 6 days a week and one day off on Sunday. I really enjoyed waking up early following the schedule for the whole month of yoga teacher training in Rishikesh.

What about the cleaning of room and changing bedsheets?
Is it included in fees?
do you have to do it your own?
As far as I remember, we had to clean the room on our own) I don't remember exactly about bedsheets, I think they were changed but the stuff but I'm not sure anymore)
