Use the pulp for tea or in meals if you can as the pulp contains all the fibre, which is essential for blood sugar control, weight management and overall health.

This is so practical , I have been wanting to start taking health more seriously by juice and stuff. Because I don't have a juicer the procrastinator i me was saying wait until you get the bottles and juicer but after seeing this video I really have no excuse not to start. I can use the glass bottles buy juice in and remove the labels. Love this video❤

Also besides it’s a wonderful idea, there is clean water in the juice to lessen the demand of insulin because of all the fruits that people are putting in their vegetable juice very good idea. Personally I always add water to my freshly made juice to reduce the insulin needed to process the juice and I don’t use as much fruit but some of course you need so you can at least drink it.

I don’t have a juicer so I am so thankful that I found this video. I can’t wait to do this. Thank you. I’m wondering how they make you use the bathroom. I have arthritis and some other alignments so I’m sure this would be helpful.

Try use some fresh tumeric with the carrots. Make sure to use some black pepper with the tumeric to digest it properly.

You know, I was thinking of buying a citrus juicer for my lemons, but I might use your technique instead. I juice lemons and freeze in ice cube trays for my iced tea. This is a great tutorial! Maybe I'll use my Ninja Pro with a strainer.

I like ur video u explaining things better then others who do videos like this thank you for teaching me about the milk bag I'm going to look for me a milk bag I have a blender I went out and popped in a Juice Maker on so I can take for Juice Maker back is my blender I like all the juices you made and that's what I'm trying to do make more juices I just learned how to make the one with the Cucumbers pineapples ginger in the lemon is good but I want to make the other juices as well

Thanks! I actually got the small ones from Amazon. But honestly it was so hard getting the labels off you could just get the larger glass bottles from Amazon as well for like $25-30 for a set
This was a very interesting and a easy way to juice if u don't own a juicer I purchased my very first juicer in 1988 it was great. I still juice untill this day. I really enjoyed your video. Will continue to watch your videos. The Nama J2 is a great juicer if u ever one to invest in a good juicer. 😊💛🧡❤🖐👍👍👍
