I can't finish the exercise. I keep falling asleep. Is that normal?

We tend to fall asleep when we feel comfortable, relaxed and safe
When I try and rest my arms over my chest as in the video....I feel like I can't breath and start coughing... is that an endurance thing? a warning sign of breathing issues? just a comort or psychosomatic thing?

Regulate your nervous system. Bring back to base line, where your are calm, mind is clear and feel lighter.
While I did think this was really great, next time I would stress “whatever you want for today, for now” In terms of inspiration and expression. The way it was presented I could possibly feel a very slight judgment of what was best.
