    About recipe: Balochi Tikka Karahi is a traditional Pakistani dish that is widely popular in the Balochistan province. It is a rich and spicy dish that is made with brine water, typically Chicken beef or mutton, that are cooked in a karahi, a wok-like pan that is commonly used in Pakistani cooking - A simple recipe of Balochi tikka karahi - Balochi Chicken karahi is given below.
    Ingredients for Balochi Chicken tikka karahi
    - 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
    - 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
    - 10-15 Black peppercorns
    - 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
    - A pinch of salt
    - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    - 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
    - 1/2 tablespoon Salt or to test
    - 2 Cups Water
    - 1 kilogram Chicken (I'm using Chicken drumsticks and thighs )
    - 300 ml Oil
    - 5-6 green chillies (Chopped)
    - 8-10 Garlic cloves (Chopped)
    - 2 inch ginger piece (julienned) hi 1
    - 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
    - 7-8 lemon slices
    Cooking Method For Balochi Chicken tikka:
    Prepare Balochi tikka masala:
    - In a sauce pan add Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, black peppercorns, Red chilli flakes, A pinch of salt and dry roast them for 2 minutes on medium low heat then add Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder,chaat masala powder and Roast them as well then let it cool down and coarsely grind them.
    Note: I'm using 1.5 tablespoons of prepared Balochi tikka masala. You can Add according to your test .
    - In a bowl add water, salt, chicken,mix it well and keep a side for (20-30 minutes).
    - After (30-Minutes) Transfer the chicken with the brine water into a wok,add oil and let the chicken cook in water for (15-20 Minutes) on high heat, when the water dries up then fry the chicken in hot oil for (5-6 minutes).
    - Now add julienned ginger, chopped garlic chopped green chillies and fry them along with chicken for (1-2 minutes)
    - Strain the oil from the chicken and shift the chicken into an empty wok then add 1.5 tablespoon prepared special masala, Lemon juice mix it well, then add lemon slices and cook for a minute.
    - Your Balochi Chicken tikka karahi is ready to serve.
