Been through this. She was a cheat through and through. I was blamed for what she was doing with other men. Yes, several. I forgave her for the first 2. After that I fired her. Best decision made.
My heart is shattered into pieces. It’s been 2 months since I found out, she still has strong feelings for the other guy. I love her too much but I don’t know if I should continue or file :(

My wife has had long feeling for he ex (even before we got together) they had a turbulent relationship 7 years on and off in her teens early 20s (we’re both 35 and have been together for 10 years/ married 5 we have two kids under 3) their relationship ended badly and she’s always thought about him. She’s missed having him in her life and wanted to be friends to a few years back she reached out. It feels like she needs closure of what happened but over time and through their communication feelings she’s had for him have grown. In the past 10 months she’s acted on those emotions and started to invest in him. (This all came out the other night) a few months ago she asked me for space and I gave her space I could within the confines of living together etc - she always said there was no one else but where there’s smoke… it came out the other day that she met up with him whilst she was back home and kissed him. It came out that she’s in love with him and in love with me and that she doesn’t know what she wants. Since the talk, she’s said she wants to take a break from investing in both of us and I’m just waiting for her to make a decision… it’s killing me. Trust is gone. But I love her and want the marriage and what we’ve built to work. She’s been in therapy since our second was born - she said that 80% of what she talks about is the struggle of the choice between him and me. I’ve been reading and working on me since the first ask for space and this all screams relationship trauma and the need for closure - she’s also said that she doesn’t want to live with a ‘what if’ and if the next time something bad happens in our relationship, she resents me. She said she can’t live with the possibility of that resentment.
It came out in therapy that he has values she looks for in a partner but everyone is different right? And it’s the stronger values I have that’s are winning through. I need help.
Walk away or you will destroy yourself..... I know i took my ex wife back and the cheating never stopped. Sure she was regretful.... She regrets getting caught. Ik it sounds cliché but once a cheat always a cheat.... I will never give second chances again.

We have been together for 11years married for almost 2years and have a 6year old daughter. I got comfortable and neglected her n made her feel unloved and didn't realize what I had until she was almost out the door. She didn't cheat but she has feelings for someone else but thinks it might be just something that she wasn't getting from me. I don't want to give up n I think there is still hope for us.

I want accountability to make things work I think she's trying to protect her imagine rather humble her self and start from the bottom
Most girls in the modern world cant take accountability and accept they have to work hard she wants it easy lane for what's she's done and not done for the relationship

I think 2 chances are a lot. Not more. Well i m a guy and think that if it happens more than 2 times, then it is not a mistake. It is done by his own will
The Point is: Is your spouse in Limerence she is not herself and do Bad Things because of the high Dopamin Feelings. Its really Like drug addiction. So IT helps to ask: Is my spouse Always so or is she in this Phase a other Person. Because Limerence Always ends and people normally find Back to themselves.
Hard as hell when the two of us have been married 40 yrs & he runs off with someone half his age. I do believe he has many narcissistic tendencies tho. I’m trying to work on myself but not much luck. My mind won’t let go of him trying to dismiss such a large portion of our life. Feels like a knife stuck in my back.

My husband started talking to someone online and fall in love before meet the girl, she refused to meet but Told him she loves him too but won’t commit or meet until she finishes her heart surgeon consultancy… husband is in unstable and desperate wants to be loved and wanted by her, I have two young boys and he left and disconnected, stopped all the support of any form
I don't need a man to validate me. I had two dads and a bunch of uncles. I don't have to seek approval.

I’m so broken. I don’t even know where to start. 😔
Please let them be together. Get out the way. I regret putting up with my husband BS for 8 years he was in love with another woman. Left us twice and moved in with her but I was so dedicated to our marriage and family I didn’t realize it was better to be divorced. Our boys suffered through this whole ordeal. He is married to her now for 2 years. He took my dignity , self respect now I’m angry but at Peace. I thank Jesus it over.

I have been with my kids dad for almost 30 years. He is admittedly obsessed with this lady he talked to 10 yrs ago. He told me I've never made him feel that way. They never had sex just an emotional connection. It is sickening he listens to love horoscopes all day, tarot readings about her. She has since moved out of town and has kids with someone else. My kids dad doesn't work he had lost alot of weight he's very mean to me and has been. I'm not in love with him anymore but we still live together I desperately need to leave things are horrible and have been fir the last 12 years

Everyone, if someone you like is in a romantic relationship (and, probably the most important one, if they are truly happy together, let them go then move on.
It may be feel like a win if you win someone’s heart despite their taken status, BUT if they do leave their current partner for you (or WORSE cheat on them with you), they may do one of the two to you with someone else.

Take a good look in the mirror, and tell yourself “I know who the F&?! I am!” Sometimes we tend to focus on our partners more than we do for ourselves…because you want them to be happy, but in the meantime, you’re disrespecting yourself by neglecting your own happiness. When couples are going thru hard times, I’ve noticed one, if not both, look to hurt their mate, refuse to hold themselves accountable, and will play mind games with you making you feel everything is your fault. STOP LISTENING TO THEIR BS! Work hard on finding you! Hit the gym more, take a couple of mini vacations by yourself or w friends. Go see the world. Meet new people, pickup a hobby etc…Yes it’s painful to go thru this, but as long as you have those talk w yourself & remember what you have to offer, if not the person you’re with, someone in this world will happily accept it. When they see you’re down, they’ll kick you all the way down….F that! More attention on you…Less on them! Good luck to you 🙏🏽

This is harder to do for me since he brings the girl to our house and rubs the mess in my face. The kids even say he don’t even like me.
It probably because you have been cheating on her maybe you brought your girlfriend home once or twice so she decieded to forget about you and concerntrate on new relationship leading to her next marriage to a spouse who will love her and not abuse her emotionally.

If you are actively in a relationship, communication is key. You don't have to tell him everything you are doing, but it's better to have the lines of communication open rather than shut.
