DALLMYD cool
"I found the screen!"
"That's a microwave Brandon"
Not a MacBook. It's a Mac desktop. Apple 2c, with 5 1/4 floppy, not cd drive. Cool finds guys. That whole river needs a good cleaning by the community for sure!
That MacBook was an Apple IIc it was made from 1984-1988 and that "CD drive" is actually a 5 1/2" floppy drive
2:36 they predict about the corona! 😂😂
Hahahahaha lol
That's the Apple IIc (2c). Not a MacBook. Circa 1983
David Means agreed
Lol stop being a Karen even though that's been two years ago
@@littlejmillzy9165 3 years*
i was going to say way early 80s it wasn't long after they started putting the guts into the monitor
How do you know what phone that is?!
“MacBook”
You have no idea how mad im right now
Same
Floppy disk = CD disk
Every Apple computer = MacBook
looks like a corvette hubcap, I lost one on the highway in Syracuse one time
That's an Apple IIC, the crt monitor can sit on top or above it. It was mean to be "portable" probably meaning you could take it from one monitor to another easily (like work and home). there's a fold out handle on the back I think. that slot on the side is a 5" floppy drive
door to a microwave
It's a Apple IIc. Not a laptop. it's pre-macintosh. It's not a CD player, it's a 5.25" floppy drive. It's 8bit. not 16/32bit. Early 80's
That's some knowledge u have
No one cares
It was a mac type writer that took floppy disck's. Not CD's haha.
An apple 2c
@@charlieguest5456 yes, Apple still makes expensive typewriters.
APPLE IIC - 1984
The Apple IIc represented Apple’s first attempt at both a portable computer and “out-of-the-box” functionality. The only problem with classifying the IIc as a “portable” computer is the fact that it lacked a portable power supply.
Dallymyd: i got u the corona Me in 2020: toilet paper memories starts
Lol
He picked up a covid cap in next vid
I was thinking it was a hint that later corona will strike
I was litterally about to comment this
Yep
DALLAYD: heres *corona*
oh no.. they’ve got *corona*

Jake at 8:56 “can you put that in my bag too” is so adorable the way he said it to Brandon it’s life right there 🥰🙌
2020 people be like at 2:38: O_O
me: :O CORONAVIRUS in a bottle?
cool
Same
Lol
That is an Apple IIc! MacBook didn’t even exist! And that is an 5¼-inch floppy drive, not a CD drive. 😐
Couldnt you make an event where you clean up the river with some helpers? That would be so awsome!!!😀
MAC Book Pro....CD-Rom...how precious you are. So young. So so young.
:D
They called a floppy drive a cd drive! Lol
The "Macbook" was actually an Apple 2C from 1984. And I can't even find one on Ebay for a reasonable price. XD
Also, I'd take it lol.
I just can't get tired of these river treasure videos, keep it up Jake!
Don't know if I'm the first to say this in the comments, but that computer is waaaaaaaay older than a Macbook Pro. THAT, gentlemen, is an APPLE IIc!
I believe this was the next to last of the Apple II line that saw popularity in the 80s. Though not a laptop in the classic sense, this model WAS marketed as a portable computer, hence the handle.
Bet if they sent it to 8-Bit Guy he could restore it...even as trashed as it is, it could still be desirable to collectors!
Its basically a fossil computer lol
This is how much people want you guys to do a part 2
Apple first produced a portable computer way back in 1989. It weighed 16 pounds (about four times as heavy as a modern MacBook Pro), had a tiny black and white screen, and cost a whopping $6,500 ($12,500 in today's dollars). Needless to say, they didn't sell many. Apple had more success when they introduced the much smaller and more affordable Powerbook line in 1992. Since then, Apple laptops have steadily gotten thinner, lighter, cheaper, and more powerful. Today, you can pick up a MacBook Air for $899.
must took you a while to type that and you only got 1 like so i will like it because you are smart
GENIUS
That's a Apple IIC model you got there, actually the first portable computer made by apple in the early 80's, truly nice catch!
LMFAO “I FOUND THE SCREEN!!”
“that’s a microwave Brandon.” 😂
thats actually the Apple II Computer
Apple IIc, to be exact. :-)
Lol its not a Mac Book.. Its an Apple IIc computer, and No its not a cd rom drive, its a 5.25" floppy drive.. They built them from 1984 to 1988.. It did not have a hard drive, and no they are not worth much.. You could get a monochrome CRT 9" or a color CRT for a bit more money.. They did have a Apple Flat Panel Display that was one color and did not work well or sell well.. But yeah.. Its an Apple II 4th gen.. And is not related to a Mac.. Only connection is that they were both built by apple. The Mac and Apple 2 were not the same computers at all.
It makes me sad to see how much garbage from Columbus ends up in the water. Good job cleaning as much of it up as you can along the way!
Wow so there is a beer called Corona Nice
Its popular here in Australia. Edit: or was before COVID19
15:25 "Its a microwave brandon" i literally died XD
I love this channel because there is never click bate
Big boy got to make another part 2
Jake sounded so cute when he whas like "can you put it in my bag too plz" 😂💕
A apple 2 c .. from the 80's and has a floppy disc drive
That computer you guys found is an Apple IIc, and its "CD player" is a floppy drive.
This shows that they were born in the millenial/genz transition phase
What is floppy disc
Thats an apple llc from 1984. The 2nd computer steve jobs ever created.
@Yael Gonzalez i have my doubts
@Yael Gonzalez Close, but no. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_IIc

The computer was a 1980s Apple IIc computer.
Watching during corona pandemic
Congrats boys you just found a Apple IIc forth model in the Apple II line. They came out in 1984, the c stood for compact believe it or not lol.
That was the Apple IIe released in 1983!
That was your swordfish that you talkin about 👌✌💸🖐😎😂👑
That stream is being used as a dump, sadly. I'm thankful to you for picking up trash as well as your treasures.

2020 viewers: 0.0 uhhhhh
I was in 11th grade when they switched from typewriters to computers me and my classmates didn't know what to do you're lucky you grew up with computers! LOL 😂
5:40 close your eyes and listen
I heard "Help me!"
Its so cute when they call all the stuff they find their treasure. They're living their dream. Treasure hunters
>guys find an apple //c
«it's a macbook pro, It's got a CD player!»
..how many time have you spent underwater again?
It makes me angry
I haven’t even been watching you for a day and your my favorite youtuber
This is an Apple ][c, not a Mac book. Check out this link: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_IIc
Just a usual day in the river with finds of
Phones 📱
Bottles
Metal
Something strange
And much more
Wow
I like in the beginning when the train engineer honked for them, that’s neat
"We're gonnna put it on this rock. *splat*"..... thats for sure not a rock lol
CD... lol thats a Floppy drive... you found yourself an 8-bit Apple IIc... it was portable (hence the handle) and connected to an external tv/monitor
13:40 Its an Apple IIc. There were no Macbooks back then. This thing came out in like 1988 or 1989. I cant remember. I just remember playing Oregon Trail on it in Kindergarten.
It's 5 1/4 Floppy Drive. CD drives weren't even back then. LOL Today's generations.
Reminds me of that iPad commercial "Whats a computer."
Jake:(finding a corona)
Me:oh flip
Title: Found Ancient MacBook Pro
Real Thing: Found Ancient Apple IIc
Yep I have one here with the Monitor the green screen
That computer is not actually a MacBook, but an Apple 2c, the fourth computer in the Apple 2 line. It was manufactured from 1984-1988. The "CD" drive y'all mentioned is actually a 5.25" floppy disc drive. Why on Earth that would be in a river? Those computers weren't cheap, $1,300.
That's so interesting!
Jascon Yeah I cringed a bit when they found it.
“I got u corona😂😂” 😂😂😂😷😷
Cameron D corona virus hahahaha
2:38 *How Corona really started*
Lol
HAHAHA all the responses from 5 hours ago and 45 minutes ago, saying exactly what I was about to say.
"i got you a corona" OMG they pridicted the future!!!!!
In New Zealand there’s this bridge that goes over across to a mall and under the bridge there’s a reallyyyyy long river, so long to the point where it connects to a river at my Grans house. In the river passing the mall there’s so much trash and stuff and since it’s best s mall, I’m guessing there is lots of really cool treasures in there..
PART2
At 1:40 i thought he was going to wack him with the fishing pole lol
The rainbow apple logo was from 1977-1998.
actually that is a APPLE IIC made in 1984, I had one. lol. the " cd player" is a 3.5 floppy drive. that is also probably worth a few bucks even though its been swimming for a few years. also the other video from the same river, seems that river may have flooded and torn apart someones home and that washed down stream with the x box and other stuff. unless ya have allot of homeless around there. but considering all the stuff in the trees looks like someones house was washed away.
Yeah I laughed when they said it was a cd player too. lol I agree that this is from a flood.
It was my FIRST computer!
I guess the guy who dumped the Apple 2, wanted to make sure no one could see his browsing history from 1986. Since internet became available mid 90's, this proves time travel is real. 😮
I LOVE it when you guys make video's together your both awesome 😀😀😀😀😀
"its a CD player"..... *facepalms* thinking to myself, I'm younger than them and I even know that its a Floppy Disk reader. CDs weren't invented yet
12:46 Apple IIc? *WE FOUND ANCIENT MACBOOK KEYBOARD*
_ Zackiechan _ sorry to ask but who is the girl that Jake talked about in the river video
Why are you asking me?
NCW Productions his girlfriend
“it’s a microwave Brandon”🤣🤦🏼♀️
Love ur guys vids.
me causally watching
then hearing the word corona
my face went literally went from this 😀 to 😳
3:16
Part 2 pweeeeaaase
Jake:i got corona
(How the pandemic started 🤣)
14:40 “i’m gonna set it on this rock here” *splat of dirt*
I didn’t know that there is an Apple Store underwater
PART 2
The hub cap is off a 1969 nova and camaro
PART 2 I enjoyed this so much thank you Jake so so much.
Je found a corona beer ...... 2020 virus xD
13:19 That kind of Mac Book did not use a monitor. Instead, it used a standard TV... Which you would hook up to it. That meant that there where fights in your home on wheather the TV would be used to do work or play movies (unless you bought a dedicated TV).
13:40 CDs did not exist when they made mad Mac Book! That was no CD player, it was a 5.25 inch floppy disk drive, probably a single sided one (with a humongus 128 KB of capacity!)
Thanks for all the facts
🙌 Thank you! Finally someone in the comments that I have to believe is older than 30. Kids these days wouldn't even know what a floppy disk was if it wasn't written across it, even then they wouldn't know what to do with it. 😂
Part 2 - great video!!!
PLEASE MAKE A PART TWO!!!!!
Not a MacBook but an Apple IIc, with a 5.25 floppy disk slot, not a CD-ROM drive. With all of the school stuff, I wonder if a hurricane hit a school locally and this is where the stuff ended up...
A CD player lol
Oh kids!
Jake:hey Jordan I found a corona bottle
Me:hold up.....wait a minute don't drink that nooooooo😱☠️☠️☠️
Corona:ha! got emmmmmmm...
As a retro computer collector, the fact that he called an Apple IIc an "Ancient MacBook Pro" makes me cringe so badly......
Reminds me of a Facebook group where someone posted asking if anyone could lend them a player for “giant CDs” (or LPs, as I like to call them…).
That is an apple IIc, originally manufactured in 1984. It was one of the first personal computers ever. It is not worth anything in that condition unfortunately. I would junk it or give it to someone who wants to try and restore it, though I don't think it would be possible in that condition.
Yeah I got Corona
Everyone:to the toilet paper
You should do a video where u search for treasure but also clean up areas
