I'm having a couple issues with our new 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition. Love the car but have a few things that need to be addressed. Thanks for watching
The ford pass points is my one issue. I never received the points on the purchase of my bronco sport. I’ve just gotten the run around from ford and the dealer
@@carguytroy definitely not to close to the sidewall , they just don't want to deal with that tire size . Can be patched and used as a spare if one is concerned.
i wouldnt hold off for much longer, they told me if i dont claim them by dec.31 i lose them. i had the same thing with the points,i contacted the ford pass people and i had to have the dealer claim the points for them to be available to me. actualy they went to the ford pass act i used during reservation,i now have a different act , so after the dealer claimed the points under my old act i could see them ,then i had ford pass people combine the acts. and actually there was 220000, 200000 for the top and 20 for making a reservation, plus my new act had 42000 for vehicle purchase
Trying to get it figured. I was told I had two Fordpass accounts which doesn't make any sense to me by the Fordpass people. Two different emails registered. They merged the accounts and I see the points for the vehicle purchase just not the additional point for the top thing. The email address matters and the sale was reported with the same email address I did the reservation with in my Ford Owner Account.
I don’t mind Fordpass. Could be better, but work pretty well. Just have an issue with the points Ford said Bronco customers were supposed to get for switching from the black painted top to the MIC top. Love the vehicle though. Super fun.
wow little things that go with 1st year models. That's why you shouldn't buy the 1st year. As for the tire ARB sales a tire repair kit we jeep owners have used for years.
Sounds like you’re bronco is over fueling due to a bad emissions sensor. You’re the first person I’ve ever heard of having a bad fuel dilution problem in the 2.7. Some have had it in an oil analysis but never bad enough to smell on the stick.
That could’ve been the case. I had the oil changed today after they fixed the sensor. Funny thing is the oil didn’t have the smell when they drained it. I was there when they did the oil change and checked it out. Oil change is cheap VS leaving it in there and having problems later. Even though it’s under warranty I really don’t want any issues later. Didn’t have the odor when it was drained though.
Check engine light was annoying with only 700 miles. Nuisances mostly but small things become big things if not addressed. So far things are getting handled.
Going over 700 miles in a Ford before the Check Engine light comes on is really good.
lol, that part is fixed now. Oxygen sensor. Still working on the rest.
Love that yellow!
Looking forward to the follow up video. In the process of ordering one so if like to know if I should back out.
Looking forward to it too
My screen went out on my 2021 wildtrak. 900 miles on it.
Wow! That's no good. Completely went out?

When I get this resolved I will let you know what I find out.
@@carguytroy much appreciated! Best of luck
Man you should be happy you got yours and it’s a new model vehicle that’s what’s the warranty is about .
Love the car. Not complaining about anything really just sharing a couple things. You're right. Thats what the warranty is for.
Life is short......
Don't sweat the small stuff.
I’m sooooooooooooooo glad I got the 2.3!
They run really good!! I drove one the other day and was pretty impressed.
@@carguytroy yes the horsepower difference is not that much
Double check if that nail actually went through if so use a patch plug from the inside of tire and would be fine ...
I've had two places look at it and they won't patch the thing. Too close to the sidewall is what I'm told.

Now hold on I thought you couldn't smell anything
This is true. Occasionally I can smell a deal. Generally I buy high and sell low though. So not very often.
@@carguytroy exquisite reply
@@cgk1898 thanks so much. I do my best. 😎
So why are you complaining about the hard top if you were informed?
I’m not complaining about the hardtop. Just telling what’s happening is all. Got a second letter this week saying parts are available. Moving forward.
Why not Wrangler tire?
Rumor is Ford didn’t want it to say “wrangler” on the Bronco.
I have always been a ford guy I own several now, the ford pass app sucks I wish ford would upgrade there system ford owner forever

We love the Bronco. Like you say little things do pop up. Even with the little bit of torture it was worth the wait.
I have a new Ford, Ford can't fix it and they don't care what they sell, dangerous cars.
Takes the dealer about 10 minutes to assign the ford pass points.
I have the points from the vehicle purchase. Just not the the additional points for having to switch tops.

@@carguytroy could have burnt off. May have built up early from short tripping it.
Has anyone ever told you that you're a riveting storyteller? Watch your video and you'll know why.
Who needs 4-doors. The 2-door looks so much better.
You have exquisite taste!! Couldn’t agree more.
I like the 2 door more as well but 4 door would be better for the fam
Yea not really issues.

sounds like your going to gain lots and lots of service points. lol,Ford junk.
its a ford what do you expect lol
RIght? lol, it's under warranty. Just kinda bums you out a little when you get a brand new car and the check engine light pops on.
