Hi Kay, I have a scrumptious recipe that I would like to recommend for a video! These are called brown balls. My mother used to make them for me when I was little, and they are simply delicious! You will need 1 pound of ground beef 4 teaspoons salt 1 cup white rice 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 eggs 1 cup shredded Mozzarella For the brown sauce you need 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup milk 3 teaspoons salt To make the brown balls, first preheat your oven to 425f. Make sure to wash your minced beef, and transfer to a bowl. Add the salt, cinnamon, 1 egg, and mix. Now once all combined, form the mixture into small balls. Then, after you do so, dip each ball in egg, and roll it in the rice to coat it. Now set each ball into a greased pan until you run out of the meat mixture. Now, place them into the oven to cook for 12 minutes. Then flip them, and cook another 12-15 minutes, or until dark brown. Now for the brown sauce. Add your chocolate, milk, and salt into a pan over medium-low heat. Stir until melted, and pour over the meat balls. Now, let them cool in the fridge - and the recipe is done! You now have a unique, scrumptious treat that my family thoroughly enjoys (it’s a Swedish delicacy).

It could well be the fizzy drinks that are aggravating your joint pains. I used to have problems with my joints, but found that certain foods and drinks made me worse. Fizzy drinks are bad, as are nightshade vegetables, and also soya. Might be worth having a break to see how you get on?

Hey Kay! I’d love you to try and make my absolute favourite meal, my family all love it and it’s super easy - chicken and chorizo pasta bake! So, you want to get: Fresh pasta, chorizo(diced) cheese sauce (or make your own!) chicken breast (diced) and a variety of spices (I use paprika, pepper, salt, mixed herbs and a pinch of chilli powder) Cook the chicken and chorizo until the chicken is brown, and add spices into the mixture. Boil the pasta and heat up the sauce, once everything is cooked, mix it all together in a dish and add cheese on top. Bake for 10/15 minutes and serve with garlic bread. 😍

Hey Kay!! I hope you are well. I have a recipe, that is super easy to make!! Its called cheesy Chicken Pasta. You will need: • 1 red onion sliced. • 1 pepper sliced • Left over chicken or chicken slices • tin of sweetcorn • Salt and pepper to taste • Garlic and Herb Soft Cheese • Pasta fusilli Method: - ▪︎ Boil your pasta as your pasta will need to be cooked drain but save some water. ▪︎ In a wok or a large pan, cook the onions and peppers till soft. ▪︎ Add the chicken and sweet corn and cook for a futher 5 mins season at this point. ▪︎ Then, add the soft cheese this will melt and create a sauce. ▪︎ mix your pasta and add 1tbsp of pasta water and its done!!! Enjoy!!

HEY KAY! Huge fan and long time viewer! Love all your content. Was hoping you could make a recipe my grandmother used to make for me!! Day 2 of asking :) 230g soft butter or margarine (butter is better) 110g caster sugar 275g plain flour 1 tsp cinnamon Half tsp of vanilla extract Milk chocolate chips (However many you like) White chocolate chips (roughly a fistful) Dark chocolate chips (half a fistful) Fudge chunks (half a fistful) Step 1. Set your oven to gas mark 5 (190C or 170C for a fan oven) Step 2. Mix the butter in a big bowl with a wooden spoon or with an electric mixer until it is all nice and soft, then add the sugar and keep mixing until the mixture is light in colour and fluffy. Step 3. Add in the flour and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix it all together with your hands until it makes a dough. Step 4. Roll the dough into balls and place them a bit apart from each other on a lined baking tray. Flatten the balls a little with your hand and put them in the oven for around 10-12 mins until they are golden brown and slightly solid in the top. Step 5. Leave the cookies on a cooling rack until cool then serve. Please make this Kay! It'd absolutely make my day! :) :) :)

Was hoping you could make a recipe my grandmother used to make for me!!
Day 2 of asking :)
230g soft butter or margarine (butter is better)
110g caster sugar
275g plain flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Half tsp of vanilla extract
Milk chocolate chips (However many you like)
White chocolate chips (roughly a fistful)
Dark chocolate chips (half a fistful)
Fudge chunks (half a fistful)
Step 1. Set your oven to gas mark 5 (190C or 170C for a fan oven)
Step 2. Mix the butter in a big bowl with a wooden spoon or with an electric mixer until it is all nice and soft, then add the sugar and keep mixing until the mixture is light in colour and fluffy.
Step 3. Add in the flour and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix it all together with your hands until it makes a dough.
Step 4. Roll the dough into balls and place them a bit apart from each other on a lined baking tray. Flatten the balls a little with your hand and put them in the oven for around 10-12 mins until they are golden brown and slightly solid in the top.
Step 5. Leave the cookies on a cooling rack until cool then serve.
