Just an idea for a show to do in this time without football. How about doing a state of the club type show. Where you go through either PL or the Champions league clubs and discuss their on the field and off the field standings. How they do in the back office and how they do on the field.

The reason he spent so much at city is because the average age in the squad was 30+ when he came in. That wouldn’t allow him to play the high press etc because they will be slow and tired quickly. The city squad was desperate for a overhaul. Removing the old players and replacing them with younger or prime time players is what was needed and that happened when guardiola joined.

I can understand the impact on City when Pep leaves, but they won't fall. That's for sure. The club is being rebuilt on 2 principles. A) The best management system. B) High class footballing philosophy. And people at that club don't interfere into another principle when being part of other one is the main reason of why City just keeps on rising. So as far as this mentality is there, I am quite sure they will find another manager who can take them forward. Because money, time and freedom is all a manager wants and City management looks comfortable in providing that and don't mingle it with business.
