      ybarek Ghirmay best managers will be at big clubs. He never spent loads in Bayern and Barca, He made most of their players better whilst developing the promising players to become starters. The reason he spent so much at city is because the average age in the squad was 30+ when he came in. That wouldn’t allow him to play the high press etc because they will be slow and tired quickly. The city squad was desperate for a overhaul. Removing the old players and replacing them with younger or prime time players is what was needed and that happened when guardiola joined.

    Everyones upset city spends money but its alright I'm sure the fans will be really hurt seeing that original joke for the first time. Oh they have no fans? another original zinger, but half of you can't decide whether they have plastic fans or no fans at all. Anyway I don't see how its rational to say its money that's made them good when united are still the richer club and have been shit, they spent money to stay at the top of the league when they were there, you thought Fergie only coached academy students? he was a world class manager that wanted world class players and got them. Chelsea the first new money club in the league, weren't so hot until they got a new owner, Liverpool are owned by fsg same dude that owns the sox, they have funds and when they needed to improve they got Allison Keita and Vvd . But yes spend money very bad

      @Deep Mind X because City is the only club in the world that is currently banned from playing in Europe because of spending too much money. In the years Pep is there, they spent 150 mil net, every year. Im not a hater, I recognize him as one the greatest manegers ever, but to deny that he has bought his way out of trouble with City is comical. And he took over a great squad anyway.

      @deepakpandey8240 Před 3 lety

      I can understand the impact on City when Pep leaves, but they won't fall. That's for sure. The club is being rebuilt on 2 principles. A) The best management system. B) High class footballing philosophy. And people at that club don't interfere into another principle when being part of other one is the main reason of why City just keeps on rising. So as far as this mentality is there, I am quite sure they will find another manager who can take them forward. Because money, time and freedom is all a manager wants and City management looks comfortable in providing that and don't mingle it with business.

    • @deepakpandey8240
      @deepakpandey8240 Před 3 lety

      Nah. He could had got that money from many other clubs. In fact, right now he is not even the highest earning manager and falls behind by a great margin.
      He came to city because of the ambition. City's ambition matched his. Of course money was important. But can you seriously say that average players can play Pep kind of football? I don't think so. He wanted to create a side on his own. Good, hard working players with passion to learn and evolve and win. That takes money. Pep knew City will give him money and freedom to experiment because the club is ambitious. I don't think there was any doubt in pep's mind after that.
