Very nice presentation and information on the different communities. Cost ranges, for each type of homes/condos would have been nice to include for each community, since that's the first thing everyone wants to know. Also HOA and CDC/Bonds should also be given. This is some the financial information everyone needs to also consider for possible retirement living.

Thank you! I have a realtor but have had only 2 showings since I put it on market in Thanksgiving. Do you think the 55 plus people will be shopping in January as I have been informed or how can I find my buyer soon?
Yes, I agree...once the snowbirds return after the holidays, the traffic for showings should increase...the market has slowed down and is actually back to what used to be "normal" with listings staying on the market 30-60 and 90 days before they are sold....the crazy "COVID" market was so far off normal that this market seems to be very slow....but in reality....it is not....the price is usually the reason a home sits on the market....so I always recommend trusting your local realtor to advise you if it is time for a price adjustment. I believe you can leave anything you want to someone in your will, Richard....now whether they qualify to live there is another story...I would think that would be up to the community rules....hope that helps! Thanks for the question!!
