i love both Doraemon and Conan from my childhood and it's been a while now since i realized they share frienship dynamics.
Doraemon - Conan
Suneo - Mitsuhiko
Takeshi- Genta
Shizuka- Ayumi
and even Dorami could be an equivalent of Haibara
It's to perfect for Gosho not to have based the detective boys on them and i think the fact they remind me of the Doraemon cast is part of why i loved them since day 1. Doraemon is such an optimistic show about frienship, effort and the wonder of life.

Sorry but I watch without subtitles, so I'm used to pronouncing the names of the characters in Japanese fashion, which means that the last name is placed first and the first name is placed last.
