It was recorded & released in '79.
All this gland seduction gives me an idea for a Misfits style tribute band dedicated to…well, seducing glands. We’ll call it Glandzig. Cell to Joel for being the inspiration behind that multi-dollar idea.

All the old OG Misfits albums were low quality but that is some it's charm in my opinion.

I grew up right near the Misfits haha i like tv casualty
The better sounding version is on Legacy of Brutality. Glen Danzig overdubbed basically every instrument and rerecorded vocal so it sounds more beefy.

The old Misfits were always pretty sketchy with their sound quality. It was early punk, and most punk bands had sketchy quality.
