Have been looking for a new wallet for some time, tried several but never been happy, based on your reviews have just ordered the Link and this wallet, look forward to trying them out!
I work for a resort here in las vegas and i have an access to make and test room keys. I tried testing them while using my element wallet and it seems like it is not blocking the rfid reader. I also tried sandwitching it with other cards and it can still read the rfid. I also tried putting some card facing the metal frame and put the room key in the middle and scanned it from the side where the metal frame is and the reader can still read the rfid on the card. But with all that being said. I do like using my element wallet. The leather feels so nice when its broken in.

Love my contour, have one of the limited titanium ones. Only thing I wish they did was offer more exotic leather colors (blue, green, etc.). Other than that, it's the perfect wallet. It's what made me permanently move away from billfolds.
I have the Trayvax Ascent - it’s awesome 😎👌🏼Also, you may as well have bought the brown Element colour - that colour you have there on the new fresh Element, eventually turns brown anyway as that is the same colour as my Ascent and that has slowly but surely turned brown.
Great instructional review. Would you mind posting a photo of the gray leather as it has been used? I'm interested in how it changes. There are plenty of videos about the brown versions, but few about the gray. Thanks!

I love my element wallet, have had mine for just under a year broke mine in the old fashion way,wear and tear
How many cards can you fit in it? I'm looking to grab one hoping 10 cards will fit.
@@dub4205 you can mold it to how many cards you want. I have about 10 plastic cards and 2 paper insurance card on mine and it fits nice. Once its nicely broken in cards slides in and out nice. If you want to carry less cards just pull the flap on the back and you're all set again.

What contour was this. Medal ? Leather?
How do you like it? How does the comfort level stack up compared to the Contour? I have your limited edition Ascent and i love it, i currently have it packed full with 8 cards but I may want to switch over to the Contour or Element soon, does the bottle opener section on the element cut into your leg at all when sitting? Sorry for the loaded question!
Doesn’t cut into my leg but the ascent and contour are definitely a little more comfortable in the pocket

What's the benefit of having one of these wallets vs a classic/traditional leather folding wallet most men carry?
NightWolf 36 i like that they can’t bend/warp my cards since it’s got a thick metal frame. I feel like it’ll outlive me which is probably true since the company gives them a 60 year heirloom warranty.
I own same wallet and it ruins my cards the strips and he chip what’s a way to stop that
boss Watkins change the order their in then to not be rubbing on metal. Used an element for a few years and never had a problem. A lot of debt or credit cards are just built cheap anyway though so they might just be worn out.

What is the purpose of the metal hook/ring on the end?
Timless2 for a keychain or lanyard attachment. Modern wallet chain so to say.
It also functions as a bottle opener.
I wish they brought back the old original. I’m a bartender and need the high roller extension for all the cash I usually carry. I love the wallets but can’t justify carrying a wallet that can’t fit my cash.

I have 2 Ascent wallets. The one I use daily have 8 cards in the back and 6 cards on front. The other one is for the cards that I don't use frequently. Very nice wallets.
Thanks for the discount code. Cheaper out on one of these modular metal wallets 2 weeks ago and what a waste of money. I should have just gone with your recommendations weeks ago on Trayvax and got the quality right off the bat.

I bought the first Trayvax wallet, and i loved it. It was basically metal on both sides so it scratched up my cards and i stopped using it. I would love to try one of these leather ones. Also TSA almost confiscated my trayvax because they thought it was a weapon because of the bottle opener and finger grooves and it was OD green i guess. They said i could really hurt someone if i punched them with it. I just said "hey man i'm not about punching people it's just a wallet" and they let me keep it.
How can i buy it?

Hey no place for coins ?
amercians dont use coins so its useless for them, check out fantom wallets if you want a nice wallet with a coin holder ( The new version , fantom R , is the better and will last more but without a coin holder .. They said they gonna add a coin holder "add on" in the future which they told me it might even take up to 3 months!)
I will wait 3 months, save abit , and buy the fantom R with a coin holder.
Opposite pocket....shouldn't keep coins with credit cards.
