This song is a satire about how hard it is for artists and authors in the music industry, especially for women. The EAP reference as a ghost in their bodies recalls to the need for some women to use male pseudonyms. And the 0.003 number refers to how much people are paid for each stream on platforms like f.e spotify, which is actually very little, hence the "edgar cannot pay rent for me" line (cause living out of music is actually super hard unless you are a supermega star). Brilliant!
