How many does he score end of the seaon?
40 I predict
He's from a farmer's league people said, so how can he top his farmer's league results in the strongest European league? đ€Łđ€Ł
43
35 just in PL
32
perfect timing after a 6_0 win
And a Haaland hatrick.........
Trueđđ
Alvares double
If haaland stays in the prem, he will become the best ever to grace the prem
@@johnnyneptune2730 i hate to agree with you as an arsenal fan, but he is so perfectly suited for the premier league and already, has not only been worked into the man city system, but is massively improving them. He is scary.
I haven't watched his last games but the thing that amazes me is the fact that despite touching very few balls his presence affects the matches.
Haaland only needs 2 touches at most to get a lethal shot at goal
That's the mark of a natural born goalscorer..
Reminds me of Van Basten, Lewandowski & CR7.
@@Otto45 Yes, but nobody was like him at his age
@@Otto45 cr7 started out as a winger similar to roben, allowed to drift and cause problems on the wing. Haaland is a true number 9 where he is not made to dribble but to find space or make it and finish it. His play style is similar to lewy or ronaldo9, yes but not ronaldo 7.
@@fishyfish6510 that's why I think city can finally win the UCL with him
They've never really had a striker as fast and clinical as him
Madrid have benzema who only needs 1 shot in the semi final to score
The Robot just scored another Hattrick đ€đ
Unreal beast Haaland almost every touch is a goal, for once there is striker generational player in the league for years to come. Julian Ălvarez also is a top player with plenty to show like he did last night. This team now is a hurricane as long as Haaland Rodri and Kevin stays fit the limit is beyond the sky
kindly analyze how Alvares is playing with halaad , I think he is playing in free mode as second no. 9 , or deeper than halaad, attacking midfielder and winger ,hard to track him
Please also make a video about today's match. Haaland and Alvarez pairing up front.
I think the first rough matches were purely players' adaptation because they are aware that Haaland has zero link-up skills in their system and he is at his best state operating freely higher, so they compensate it by going more direct and transition from build to attack extremely fast. City's changes in more recent rounds have been modified by Pep, they are much more stable and Haaland starts to show signs of synchronicity with his teammates. In the match against Crystal Palace, due to the huge gaps behind Cancelo and Walker when they tuck in, Pep had to play the "all-in or lose" , pushing his team's backline extremely high to choke them. I don't know but this is his all-in game, he must make more tweaks to avoid being penetrated through the flanks when they lose the ball.
kloop or tuchel can have a 1-5-4 to counter pep's 5-3-2
There are always weaknesses with any formation, line up, tactics. The one weakness teams exploit against city are worth the output as they are clearly showing .
I believe they went for another CB(Akanji) to cover up their backline woes and I do believe Pep will switch to a back 3 formation which would give walker and cancelo more freedom upfront without having to worry too much about tracking back to defend, I could be wrong though, only time will tell.
@@lynoluoch1891 I think it is so if another defender gets injured we aren't finished. Laporte ain't back until the end of Spetember, Ake is still out, meaning Stones and Dias are gonna be playing loads of games. However, with Akanji, they can be rotated and rested when needed.
@@dantralius9269 Pep maybe a relentless man, he is not a fool. City's main fullbacks are Cancelo and Kyle Walker, known for their technical elegance but not their fitness levels. Using a back 3 system, either diamond midfield or with conventional types with wingbacks, is going to amplify that weakness of those two.
Wow I really thought that haaland didnât fit the system because of his technical ability at the start of the season but this has completely changed my mindđđœ
Man City are the most dangerous team in Europe in terms of attack now because of Haaland and Alvarez but by operating with such high line, their defence could be compromised. This won't stop them in the PL, but could be a difference maker in the CL.
I think one thing that I noted is that whenever teams behave as Palace and Newcastle did, Halland would be no consequential. This is because he will be unable to outplay three defenders at the center. However, the introduction of Alvares is proving to keep the defenders busier thus allowing Halland more opportunities.... It happened at Palace....
The main reason for Akanji's arrival is to cover the injuries to Ake and Laporte, but I think Guardiola will be able to use a 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 formation in matches to avoid Walker's wing attack.
City now have a super striker who gives them new variants, thanks to his strength, pace and dominance in the box to score.
It fascinates me how Guardiola every season finds new tactics for matches.
That new touch screen looks amazing for videos.
Brilliant analysis as always. Keep it up mate!!!
Excellent analysis, as always! Can you also analyze some of the non-big six premier league matches, or something like after tomorrow's transfer deadline, winners and losers of the league with the corresponding tactics/first 11 they play with?
Man City and Haaland is such a similar situation to that when a highly experienced sniper (Pep) gets the new, improved and highly deadly sniper rifle (Haaland) and then, leaders say -"GO KILL". I am actually looking forward to mancity matches. Good evaluation...
This is your best video yet, amazing work. This duration is perfect for you to explain everything in detail, it is fantastic to see how much you have grown your community and improved as an analyst.
Now it's time to do a Tchoameni tactics video (he also heavily alters the way his team plays). Keep it up!!
during nottingham forest city played with a back 3.. the tactics explained in the video exposed the defense hence the goals of palace and newcastle.. i think back 3 is the reason they bought akanji.. clean sheet is good
City's tactics against Newcastle were very risky, but it must be noted that Forest just aren't that good going forward. Let's see City against Villa. Yes, I know they're playing horribly, but Gerrard is fighting for his job.
Playing 2 at the back is 1890 soccer.
I just have to say, I've been following this channel since its first videos. The quality, content, and improvement I see in every video has made me fall in love with football even more as I can better understand what I'm watching. Thank you for making the beautiful game simple.
Amazing video as always đ„
I love the new screen... It look so subtle and i think it gives you more control đ
He changed it whole another level. Bzt time to put video when he scores hat trick đ
can make a video how messi is unleashing neymar
Great analysis of the changing strategies. Thank you.
Another great tactical breakdown. Well done. Thanks.
Wonderful analysis đ
Thanks for the great video!
Great tactics explained. From a football Genius and coach
Excellent, as always. Thank you.
For all the comments on Haaland pronunciation, itâs actually quite correctly spoken by the video-maker. (Norwegian here). Like âhaw-landâ
The video Iâve been waiting for all season!!!!!! thank you FMS for this
Been waiting for this oneđ
Peps all about drawing players in to furthermore create play in the pocket of space left behind, he uses the cf in multiple ways like involving the two tens in the half spaces with his hold up play etc.
It's been a while since I watch Football Made Simple. I used to struggle with the old videos. Reading and listening was not easy
2-3-5 was the only football formation when I was a kid (the â 50s)
As discussed đ .....love your videos manâ€ïž
As a Norwegian I love the fact that you pronounce his name correctly, HĂ„land instead of Haaaaland like most English speaking people do x)
Would you make another video of pep's tactic transformations since Barcelona and Bayern Munich? It also would be great to compare individual players between those (haaland vs lewandowski, bernardo vs messi)
Great video! From a lot of analysts I know you are the best one. Maybe you should make more videos about matches i.e. in Premier League matches. Moreover, the situation about Chelsea is very interesting. This year in champions League there will be awesome matches even in the group stage. Please make some videos if there is a tactically interesting match e.g. Bayern - Barcelona. Keep going!
Noman is also good.
@@gaurav.d1993 does Norman still produce content?
So good explained thanks
No wonder man city has gone for Akanji. Since walker is tucking in midfield more, a pacy defender to do what walker did,
Quality! đReally loving the technical interactive system you have integrated into your videos! Really easy to follow along!
This is why skillful and effective player's are vital for this style of football !
and haters want Pep to coach Stoke (no offence) just to prove his quality as premium manager. great football need a great technical player.
great vid :)
It would interesting to make your formation maybe on how you would defeat this city side. I'm thinking to play kinda attacking football to have very fast attacking trio like MSN. Sit back absorb pressures and catch then on the break because they are pushing numbers forward.
Amazing and thorough as always. Can we assume that they transferred him to city after making these tactical adjustments on paper?
Is there any way that you could do an analysis of City vs Forest. It was interesting how Alvarez and Haaland worked together in almost a strike partnership
Wonderful analysis
I think you should do a "how Alvarez changed City's tactics" because I feel that's the biggest change I've seen from the previous season to this one, the use of two central strikers. The most effective one too I might add. City has been absolutely devastating with both Haaland and Alvarez upfront, and not so much with only Haaland.
Well its easy, you can see that alvarez doesn't play as haaland, he plays as a midfielder to annoy the 2 CB's and create space for wingers like the match vs barcelona you can see that alvarez wasn't the threat
Re-inverting the pyramid. Back to the 1890s
Near post runs and making your shots. MC is unstoppable.
Great work! Now same thing with Alvarez.
Can you make a specific video on Thomas Muller off the ball Movement .
Haaland is just ridiculous. He has got everything, and is the clinical finisher City have missed in the past couple of seasons, and look a real scary team this season.
The graphicsđ„đ„đ„đ„đ„
Yeah City has made their best purchase since aguero and deBruyne , Halaand is a beast.
Could you do a video on Milan Derby, Udinese-Roma, or Serie A in general?
Been waiting for the city vid
Great breakdown
So far every team that has faced city has played a back 5 but somehow they score through it.
No injuries this guy will easily score 33+ goal this season
He is scary to face. That changes entire oppositions mentality and backline.
And he just scored back-to-back hattricks lol. Crazy
So much of pple who thinks they knows about tactics saying he only have a few touches in some games. But as a central forward he's job is to get defender on him and make space for others.
Decent pronunciation of Haaland đHo (like in hollow) Laan (a as in again)
This is very similar to what he used to do at Bayern
Bro really scored another hattrick
really happy as a mci fan
Me too bro. Me too
What program are u using, for these videos?
Good vid
Haaland is going to be a nightmare for all the teams and he is very intimidating
The cyborg
Which app do u use football made Simple
great analysis bro, idk if it would be copyright but can u show the plays u explain so we can see how it actually plays out? Sorry I'm a beginner
Yeah it would be a lot of red tapes to go through in order to get that done, plus he may get a strike on his account. Simply put, its gonna be him risking too much for CZcams to potentially hit his income
Your analysis is perfect, but I'm really worried about city's back line. Surely Pep will find a solution
What's the use of the wingers during long counter attack do they just stand there?
where did you get the football touchscreen tv
What software do you use?
This a a fuc**ng masterclass
We request an analysis of Arsenals recent from. We are interested in Arteta's tactics
I think he has assembled a team before he had only individual players and maybe learnt something from pep as well but yes it would be good to know of his tactics not just the wins/form we have witnessed .
PEP MASTERCLASS
What a beast Holland.
Kimich would be a great reinforciment. He could play in walker's position...
Agree?
nice vid.
Jeez we are in trouble đđđ
This actually means City has become even more vulnerable to counter attacks, I can see UTD & Spurs doing serious damage with fast runs. đ„đ„đ„
Rashford would be waiting đđ
This fixture in particular is going to be a Goal fest
@@bismarkkwadzo5968 waited for nothing
1 down, nothing to show
@@arthurmcdaniel3943 was definitely a goal fest
Transforming? Maybe. For the better? That's up for debate and will be decided later on. Haaland is a fun player to watch, but people need to realize that City have always been a goalscoring machine. The main difference now is that one player is scoring most of the goals. I think Alvarez could get 15 league goals if he plays enough, but no one else will reach double figures. That's usually how it works with dominant scoring types.
which software do you use?
Haaland strongest attribute is still his speed. And it is a bit hard to use it in City, so slight adjustments are to be expected.
His strongest attribute is analyzing his positioning and movement...
His strongest attribute is his positioning, which is made even more useful by his strength.
nah its his speed and strength combo, i never even seen that fast and that strong player in a long long time ago, maybe closest was adriano, or prime ibra, insane how no one can push him off
@@znhait now i understand why the vikings were so notorious
Debatable. He has world class positioning and smarts too. He has never had problems playing for either dominant sides or countering because he has both speed and positioning. Maybe it's more immediately impressive to see him in space, like when he scored against West Ham, but that doesn't mean it's his only strength. Tap ins take skill too. Or luck I guess. But when it happens every week you know it's not luck with him. He reads the play better than everyone else, and that's why he's always in the right spot.
Just after another hatrick
Could we get a video on Matthias Jaissle?
Whatâs the music name?
Great vid
Beautiful
What's the name of the app you use?
Alvarez underrated!
Not really, he has been more than praised lately.
Alvarez, Foden and Haaland are just 22 yo... let that sink for a moment!
I think we are watching the birth of the best attacking trio in history, better than Ronaldo, Tevez, Rooney, Benzema, Suarez, Bale, Messi, Neymar trios of the last decade.
With Haaland as the pivot, Alvarez and Foden have a huuuge room to growth!
You really think any trip can improve on the MSN?
Do you think that Marcelo12 would fit in as a option to Cancelo??
CITY, CITY, The best team in north west and all the world ! (1958 movie theme tune of "The Vikings" sung loudly by the City faithfull in 1976 at Norwhich away after the movies premier tv debut) đđđđ€ŁđđCTID.
