Bloke slowly took his hat off and hid in his belt behind his back and under his shirt all the while keeping up the lighthearted chatter. He never came back into the shop ever again with it on, but I always noticed the slight bulge at his back under his shirt. Once around the table with a group of old boys that i quickly learnt had come to visit my old boss on ANZAC day, they had all sertved with him in Vietnam, we were all talking away when suddenly we heard that distinctive Chuff Chuff Chuff, sound. Every ear pricked up instantly, "That sounds like a bloody Huey!" We all rushed outside to sure enough see there was a Huey slowly making its way somewhere in the near distance.
@@juaquinwalling1542 that was positive. Everyone has moved on past those times. Respect is now shown by everyone. And no one dares be disrespectful to anyone who has served, no matter what conflict, side or reasons for war. I do wish more would be done for the seriously struggling retired Vet's. Most of us do what we can by helping them through the RSL's, but the rest is up to the government.
They had a game for ps.2 that you got to fly planes and 5-52s,choppers,c-130 an others. The c-130 you had to spray agent orange defloreat on the jungle. I think it was conflict air Vietnam, was the name.
