Do you understand how movies are made? Every time the camera angle switches, they stopped and redid the scene. This isnt all done in one go. Im sure there were times people laughed on set, they simply cut it out and move on with the scene.
Best part is after all this, and Einhorn asks what the hells Ace is doing there. And he goes "I've come to confess, I was the second gunman on the grassy knoll" LOL
I love how it's like Ace is doing a "Good Cop/ Bad Cop"- style interrogation of Tone Loc (Normal Ace= Good Cop, Ace's butt= Bad Cop), in terms of the things he says! It's also funny how calm Tone Loc stays @ 0:07- 0:13, like he's had to put up with Ace's antics for a long time!
