The difference between Punk and other wrestlers is he isn't gonna take HGH to artificially strengthen himself, or work on percocet for 6 months thru an injury. That's the reality of the wrestling business. Do you see how Tanahashi walks now? A lot like Mick Foley. And I don't remember Tanahashi being thrown off Hell in a Cell. But that's exactly how half of the AEW roster will be walking in 10 years

Balor leaves the Judgement Day to join Styles and the Club. This could be a great year for so much to be new and different

Agree wholeheartedly, letting these wrestlers go unscripted would make it feel much more organic and would breathe life into different segments that tend to come across as clunky and forced.

I thinks it’s something that will take time. As fans I think most of us are use to stories wrapping up pretty fast. Papa H is more of long term storytelling, and we really do just gotta sit back and watch and enjoy. Letting certain people cut promos with more improv is great, and I think once it’s on Netflix it’s gonna get better.
The risk they should take is have Punk win MITB, costing Mcintyre the ladder match. Hayes is not ready, and LA Knight's character does not fit the MITB for my taste.

I don’t think Punk and Drew hate each other. I definitely don’t think Ounk hates Drew. But honestly, Punk is the best thing to happen to Drew. They work well off of each other on the mic.
Essentially vince is gone now and WWE is way better I don't think anyone would disagree with that.
I've seen a few, but those tend to be people who refuse to believe he's no longer the person they've long held him to be, and refuse to believe reality has changed.

So for one night only the Bloodline, like Afa & Sika before them, would be billed as "from the Isle of Samoa".

Unpopular opinion, but I think that Rock's latest run just felt forced. His promos felt very unnatural. I'm used to the fast talking, creative insult throwing, catch phrase repeating Rock. Not this "Final Boss" middle aged "I wish it was 2002 again" Rock. He's not the final boss, he's the past his prime and should have retired boss. Having big muscles doesn't automatically make your promo work good. Give him a mic and a conversation topic and let him go. Maybe he's still got it, but I haven't seen it yet.
