Whilst some will argue whether wrestling is 'fake' or 'predetermined', the WWE certainly treat the past like it's fake and can be re-written.

Bill Goldberg being undefeated to start his WCW career was a retcon. Roddy Piper faced 4 different guys as a tryout to be on his team for an upcoming match, and he defeated Goldberg. It was after this that the streak began.
That wasn't Goldberg, that was Luther Reigns.
That wedding story remains my favorite angle of all time, I actually felt bad for Test and thought the whole dam thing was real. 😂
"Sparky" Plugg became Bob "Spark Plug" Holly - in fact, in the first match with the name change, you can hear the ring announcer still call him Sparky Plugg if you listen carefully enough
NXT is developmental. Flair calling that title a WWE World Championship would be like calling an AAA championship a World Series win.

That NWO logo kinda reminds Me of the KIN Logo from the japanese Manga/Anime Series "Kinnikuman", which is also where Samoa Joes Muscle Buster comes from
I think that the Divas Title to Women's Title is only counted as one title reign for Charlotte, since Charlotte was the Divas Champion going into WrestleMania 32, where Lita introduced the then-new Women's Championship, and Charlotte won that match. Thus, since she was champion going into WrestleMania and walked out technically still as champion, even though the title she held was different, there was really no real gap between the two titles for her.

To start with he gets it perfectly correct, calling it the "New World Order of wrestling, brother" - but then he refers to "that organisation up north" (i.e. the WWF) about five times in quick succession. So I think he'd probably just got the word stuck in his head by the time he mentions the nascent nWo twice more towards the end of the promo, and thus each time mistakenly calls it the "New World Organisation".
It was definitely a simple mistake on his part, though: the word was always meant to be "Order" because the idea of a "new world order" was a thing already.
Actually when Edge said on Smackdown in a promo when he was Rated R ,that Him and Christian Cage were NEVER brothers , when cage was one of edges contenders for the Smackdown title and edge just said "we're childhood friends ,nothing more"

I remember when HHH and Undertaker had a promo building towards the end of the era match and HHH said “if the streak dies….you die” basically saying that once the streak is broken Undertaker will be forced to retire and as we all know that didn’t happen

i thought the most famous one was "wrestlemania 3: where Andre the giant was slammed for the first time" except it wasn't even close to the first time. so surprised it wasn't mentioned.

When WWE(F) was anti-Bret Hart the ladder match between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart got retconned in favour of the narrative that the first ladder match was Shawn Michaels VS Razor Ramon at Wrestlemania 10.
Bret and Shawn wasn’t even the first ladder match.
They announced it as the first televised ladder match not first one in general
There was a match where Test won an immunity and couldn’t be fired
I was actually exited of who would win the immunity, after the win it was never mentioned again and Test got fired
