- An American father-daughter adventure team visits Kanha Tiger Reserve after reading the Jungle Book, watching the movies, and uncovering little known stories to see the Jungle Book--its characters, ecology, and landscape--in real life.
We're Selah and Lloyd, a father-daughter team. Starting in Delhi, we're taking the long route to Kathmandu by road, rail, and river going to the wildest places, craziest festivals, tallest mountains, holiest pilgrimage sites, and busiest cities we could find.
We want to bring you on a journey that's focused on engaging with the world, sharing kindness, and pushing our limits, Our experiences have been enriching and diverse so far, but now we'll travel outside of America on the Indian subcontinent. For months we learned Hindi and prepared by reading tales about India.
Lloyd and Selah are co-creators of Love the World and a father-daughter adventure team. We want to share our adventures, crafts, fun, generosity, and love with you. We like to fossil hunt, travel with purpose, and connect with people and wild animals all while giggling, learning about science and the world around us, and giving back.

Dear Father and Daughter duo, it makes my heart so full of emotions to see such pure souls walking this earth. I just saw all your videos and couldn't help mysel to comment. India is vast and could be overwhelming, people do take interest in you but that's good for most of the times. You need to be attentive of your belongings because there are different types of people, in general in any country. Father sir, please hold your daughter's hand in crowdy places so that you could pull her if there's a hickup in situation. Really not telling you how to take care of her, because you do that very well and as a human I couldn't be more proud. Daughter(beti), it is really amazing for me to see a child getting the vastness and diversity of this world. I hope your stay here in India and where ever you go is pleasant and full of memories. I'm from Mandla MP, it's very great to see you guys visiting the Kanha National Park. It's sad that not many people are aware of Kanha or visit there but I've grown there and since childhood i have seen many tigers leopards hardly 2-3 kms away from my home. I miss my childhood and now all caught up in the high paced life and moved to Pune. But i have a dream to visit there again and i request you all to visit MP as well, especially Kanha and Pench. I've been following you guys since your first Indian video where you landed in Delhi. I hope you will have the best experience here in India ❣️❤️

Since you were in Madhya Pradesh ,not sure if you visited the Khajurao Temples on your way (one of the best architectural marvel of ancient India and also a must visit). But I understand if you didn't as some of the sculptures would've been too inappropriate for a kid although they're just 5% tbh. Regardless, you're probably the first foreign vlogger to make a vlog on Kanha. The vide was very well made ! 👌

It is great that you are experiencing the safaris first hand at 11 years old. It is the ideal way to get to know about nature, and learn deeply about how ecosystems work. It is just words in textbooks, but real world experiences drive the point deep.

OMG! How many tiger sightings did you guys get? Most people would be lucky to see even one! You guys saw 3 of them. It's like you guys met a wish master.
Not to mention, leopards are hardest to see, most shy of species and you got it's sighting as well! Great Jungle expedition and awesome vlog!
Yes.. I think they were really lucky.. They even got to see the blue coloured bird called as Neelkanth.. As per hindu tradition, it is considered lucky to see the bird..
