or do you mean expensive for the person to commision it, because that would make alot of sence
Usually you have to use a animation tool, and that animation tool can be costly. Even on procreate, even at that it’s not a monthly trial but it still costs ALOT. Look at Adobe! ITS SOO MUCH FOR JUST ANIMATION PROGRAM and don’t even get me started on the iPad for animation, animation pens, tips for the pens, the program....it adds up. To make a good animation, it usually requires a good animation program, which can range from 10 short dollars, to 180$. That’s what she means. (This took 20 Minutes to write lol)
