Thanks Jim❤ your videos are so helpful 🎉. Woke up with a new symptom in my hip and I did exactly what you said. I knew it was a symptom imperative and I said to my brain “ I’m living my life!” And went for a walk!

Waking up with a new symptom is TMS. No doubt in my mind. I also experienced this and went on with my life. The symptoms went away quickly.

I Just started pain reprocessing therapy and I’m having a terrible time with doomsday thoughts and which leads to high anxiety. Kinda funny that I just found your video that you posted about this topic today. Maybe I really needed to hear this? Can you post a video with suggestions on how to replace these thoughts?

You don't need to replace them
The key, is to not engage with them
The more you pay attention to them the more it streghtest the neuropathway. See thoughts as illusions from your brian

@@BertitoCreativeWorldHello!!! I understand you, an easy way is to address the pain, like I you say hello, I'm here with you, and you will see that there is a shift. Then do slow breathing to get relaxed.

      @@sheilaclancy2355 Yea basically
You are telling your body that you are aware
That is ok to feel this because there is no danger

Jim, sorry if you have already spoke of the following in any of videos & I missed it, but I would like to know if the brain can send you identical pain areas from years previously. I had severe anxiety with worrisome weight loss, coccyx with low back pain 5 years ago after open surgery on the bile ducts & removal of gallbladder that had nothing wrong with it but was the only way they could move a cyst from the ducts. I suffered theses symptoms for 18 months & finally went away. 2 & half years later they are back with added hip & groin pain. I know it might seem silly, but I still to this day, mourn the loss of my gallbladder which was working fine, especially for my age of 69. Thanks. Helena from the UK
