One of the biggest things missed in medicine is the understanding that the brain can produce very real debilitating sensations that we have misunderstood as being bodily symptoms. These are called Brain Sensations (BS) meaning the brain generates output into the body or amplifies normal input into excessive output. I go over today some of the reasons why this happens and some of the ways (somatic tracking, pain reprocessing therapy, pendulation, distraction, knowledge/evidence) we can work with Brain Sensations (BS) to help them to settle down.

Jim, can you do a new somatic tracking video for us?

Once again thank you!!! The explanation of the brain living in the past and present is a great explanation for many issues that seem to hang around!!! This makes sense borrowing events of past pain to anticipate a perceived future/problem. Oh how I've done this!

I’ve seen this explanation provided for, at least as a partial explanation, for protracted withdrawal syndrome. I’ve come around to believe this is the case.

So if I understand correctly, we have some entirely unreasonable and incompetent principle operating inside our bodies, that we have to somehow tame with consciousness? That's the game? I do believe it but damn, who would come up with a system like that

I felt so frustrated this week reading an article in the NY Times about "vaccine injury." People developed somatic symptoms (POTS, pain, etc.) and many people were blaming these symptoms on the vaccine. No understanding about the nature of somatic symptoms in the article or the comments. So frustrating!!

Yeah I saw that too. I definitely have struggled after getting the V but a lot of the symptoms I got right after taking it were things I had been dealing with and were magnified 10x after receiving it. It’s been an up and down battle ever since.

While somatic pain is very real, so is poisoning… Look at the adjuvant ingredients even without MNRA altering, and tell me those things should be injected into our bloodstream and have no effects. Cognitive dissonance is a somatic effect.

@@Tinyteacher1111 You should be able to ask your doctor for the safety studies regarding every single ingredient in coffee thank you that was quick thanks thanks a drug on the insert of any perscribed drug, and ask them if they’ve read the studies. Usually they have not.
You could also do your own research by using the Google scholar browser. I have a list of alternative browsers to use but unfortunately CZcams takes them down as they do not want this information known. I tried posting it earlier and the post was instantly removed. You have to do your own research unfortunately and seek out alternative medical practitioners
