Jerry Taylor actually threw his hands up for the game winning touchdown. And Vince was actually really pissed about the field freezing. The electrical system below the field was his pride and joy and he thought it made him look bad when it malfunctioned

Who is Jerry Taylor? Jim Taylor was a Packer that wasn't on this team in 67'. Chuck Mercein was the 2nd string RB #30. He stated that the reason he threw up his hands was to show the refs that he wasn't assisting Bart into the endzone which was illegal at the time. I'm not trying to sound dickish. GPG

Carroll Dale #84 threw his hands up, Jerry Taylor isnt a packer but rather some hybrid mistake of Jim Taylor #31 and Jerry Kramer #64

Kramer was an O-Lineman, not 84

Some false info here. Heaters were on, but when they removed the tarp the soggy turf froze solid

I wasn't even born yet, but that's the story I heard. I do agree with Kent, the Hands Up was to show he did not push Starr, that would of been a penalty.

He threw his hands up to show the referee's he did not assist Starr in the end zone. But I give him style points for sure. TOUCHDOWN NOW LET'S GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE
