Maintaining your BWoody Suspension

- The BWoody suspension kit has 16 grease fittings that have to be filled once every routine oil change, and during the Winter months I would recommend at the very least twice between oil changes.
If you wanna purchase a BWoody suspension kit you can visit www.bwoodyperformance.com/ and use "eastcoastjeepsrt" for 10% off.
If you're local and would like to have Dunn Fab Motorsports do any custom work or service, their website is www.dunnfab.com/

Good stuff!
Thanks brother!
Find it too much effort to maintain. One question, what about the shift paddles, do you use em, or you find em a little gimmick, sometimes I use em but it is a little frustrating downshifting. Want to hear your thoughts! By the way nice channel yours! Keep it rolling!
Samuel Pérez No. was advised by HHP not to use them since I have a tcm tune
EastCoastJeepSRT yeah but before.. maybe on your srt times, how do you find the implementation of the shift paddles
Samuel Pérez The paddled in my honest opinion are worthless. The shift points are set up pretty great as it is
Do they have a low maintenance kit ? This one seems high maintenance
SRT HEMI You gotta hot these often of you install the kit.
The kit is easy to service!
Do you still feel the suspension kit is worth doing?
ken goodrich Love it!
It helps with handling?is this service expensive ?
@@DaTKify i do have the kit and if I had to make the choice over again... I would 100% get it again!!!
I agree that’s the wrong grease for those bushings
The guy that installed my suspension kit, and the one that recommended the grease we’re using, is the not only the owner of BWoody Performance, he’s also the guy that made this kit. I’m gonna have to take his advice over everyone else on this. It’s his kit. He knows better than everyone else.
That’s ok usually a black grease is used on poly parts but if that’s what he’s using go ahead lol
Where it’s that shop located?
Dunn Fab Motorsports is located in Pennsauken NJ
I hope they can help me out upgrading the cam and lifter on my hemi
@@delvis20 you should go to a HEMI shop for that like HHP in Smyrna Delaware
Yeah but I’m closer to ny and I have a 5.7 not a 6.4 lol but idc about take the trip
Those are polyurethane bushings, right? You are using the WRONG type of lube for poly.
No. They’re delrin on one side and hybrid on the other. This is the correct grease per BWoody Performance.
@@EastCoastJeepSRT Looks like regular chassis lube...what is it?
Their web site says....Hybrid Setup:
Includes half polyurethane & half delrin bushings
Delrin bushings will be on the frame side of the control arm.
Johnny Spiva Mike Beavers, the owner of BWoody, not only installed this kit for me at his shop, but showed me what grease to use. Call him and tell him he’s using the wrong grease on his own kit. SMFH
IF you don't want to lube them often...use this stuff......polybushings.com/pages/bushinglube.html
They make great stuff, just not the right lube.
