I love how the whole fandom looks at kaz like : This is our dramatic little traumatized criminal kaz brekker, we would die for him in a heartbeat and he would let us, but thats ok look at him go, murdering people with his cane. They grow up so fast :')

So good to watch someone who understand kanej and kaz's inability to express emotions. As someone who struggle with PTSD I can say it's very hard to open up to somebody after building walls around you for years and kaz's anger toward inej is relatable for me but of course not good.
I’m so glad you feel that’s a good representation!! ❤️ I personally felt like that scene was so in character for Kaz, and I love that Freddy’s portrayal allows us to understand the nuance of his feelings ❤️

as someone who generally likes all adaptions and even sometimes prefers adaptions when they change things so long as i can tell they still care about the story being told, (idk i just find it fun having two different interpretations that i can compare and consume lol)... can i just say, i really appreciate you stating your preferences and critiques in a nice way.
personally, i love most of the changes (but understand why people may not), and whilst i do respect all opinions, it can be hard trying to find reactions or reviews that aren't completely negative or tonally bleak from people who are book fans first, so this is really a breath of fresh air
Ooh I’m so glad!!! ❤️ I also love it sometimes when adaptations change certain things, as long as they don’t completely mess up the characters and the essence of the story!
While there are certain changes that definitely rub me the wrong way in the second season, I still enjoyed most of it for what it is and the actors did such a great job that I can’t help but be in awe lol They really brought their A game and understand their characters perfectly, so it helps! But yeah, even if I was annoyed at certain things, for me it’s not all bad, just different - in ways I like and ways I don’t 😌 I’m glad you’re enjoying my commentary so far!!
