Thank you for posting this. This video for permanent window. I have this van and am wondering if those side panels can be removed and used as a properly seal latch window where the bottom side is what opens up? Any try or know where I can buy latches to do this?
@nosunbeach Your welcome! These side panels can definetly be used as a swing open panel. i have never done that before, but you can buy latches and hinges from any RV accessory store or a place like Mccmaster carr...

sorry to take so long to reply... The installation process is the same, but you should not need to remove any panels on the promaster 1500

I have a van with windows, but I want the panels. Is there a way to add the panels and pull the windows out?
Im guessing that you would just do the same thing, but instead removing windows and installing panels. you can probably buy the panels from your car dealer. if you need to get rid of the windows you take off, send me an email at jeff.ruck@advantageoutfitters.com
How much would it cost to put the glass in the back doors or a 2019 Ram Promaster City van? It is the tiny version of the one in this video.

yes, any OEM style window that is designed to fit in the opening will work

Yes, it would be the same process
Which urethane are you using? Sixiflex?
Sikatack Mach60 Direct glazing adhesive
You can use any brand of urethane, but the most critical thing is to make sure that the other components as in the primer, adhesive promoter, etc are all compatible....
I would like the windows on the sliding side doors to pop open with a latch. I have the windows. However, I can't find the gaskets. Are there special gaskets for a RAM Promaster City?
Sorry, depending what type of window you have, if it was made specifically for the promaster city it should have recommended gasketing. I would ask the window manufacturer what to use as there are many different styles. You may not need a gasket...

i am using one of safelites custom built tools, sometimes you can find one for sale on ebay....
