Let me give you a hint what's going on there:
Drumming Peter is the child / Til and Peter Stormare are "the mother". Til ist the good side / Peter the bad side. Look how pissed the good side is about her bad side in the beginning of the video.
Meanwhile the kid is sitting on the toilet (drums) with pants down (as symbol for a helpless situation) and wishes to be outside in the park, because the weather is nice, there's even a circus in the city, a.s.o. He begs his drug addicted mother to stand up again.
Now the two sides of the mother start to fight with each other. One side of the mother is killed - but suddenly the troops storm in (as symbol for chaotic circumstances and inner fights of the mother). They look at the child - the child can stand it and stares back. The troops catch the mother and kill her. We recognize that the good side of the mother died.
The little bird sings to the boy: "stand up again!" - so the kid isn't helpless anymore, stands up and pulls his trousers back up again. He will survive without his mother.

Their videos are out of this world and insane. But I like it. Once again, you gotta have an open mind whenever it comes to Till and Rammstein. But dang, they are badass. Till sings here from the perspective of a boy who is really looking forward to going to the circus with his mother. He tries to wake her up, but she died of an overdose.

Lindemann were, as you might know, a duo made up of Till and the guy on the drums here. He is called Peter Tägtgren, a swedish musician, and in this band he makes the music and Till writes the lyrics. Peter T is also a member of the band Hypocrisy and has also had some other projects over the years, among which I think Pain-"Shut your mouth" were one of the biggest successes. Peter T is friends with Peter Stormare, who is also swedish, and he thought this was a fun thing and so he joined in two of the videos from this album.
Peter Stormare has his own band and runs a record label.

Peter Tägtgren represents the boy, Peter Stormare represents the bad (addicted) side of the mother, Till represents the good (clean) side of the mother. They fighting, Peter wins, the mother takes drugs (the snow), they kick in (the horses etc = bad, wild trip), Till dies in the end, the drugs won... song and video are masterpieces

A couple of years back Rammstein had a live performance in which Lindemann had blonde, back-combed hair.
He strongly reminded me of Stormare in Fargo. I had to think of that immediately when I saw this video for the first time.

The reason Peter has his trousers around his ankles for most of the video is that he's actually sat on the toilet. Not sure why but there you go!

In my opinion a underrated song by them
I got to know Rammstein just a few years ago, wich i thought, but is almost 20 years in reality. I did find out about Till's project a few months ago. Although to many Till is extreme, i more an more see the depth in his lyrics ad the art in his/their video's. It May be not everybodys music taste, but unraffle the song to its different instruments and it is genius. Now, one could think its because I'm a metalhead. The opposite is true . I'm a music fan. From the 80's,to disco, to rap, motown, you name it. But more and more i see the layers in what Till and Rammstein creaties in their lyrics, the instruments and their mini movies. Over the years i hope they get the same credits as Queen and bands as such
