Atlas Honda Customer Service Not Good

- Atlas Honda need to improve the customer service or after sales service to its customers. Recently a friend sold his Yamaha YBR and purchased a Honda CB 150F and after 1400 Km it RPM meter starts malfunctioning.
The purpose of this video is that Atlas Honda gives good customer service trainings to its dealer and network so the customer experience must be great and long lasting

Thank you for taking time and highlighting this. Overall experience with them wasn't good until we finally made them realize the equipment fault.
I hope Honda and all other makes improve their customer care/after-sales practices.

i second you on this ! They make the customer cry to never buy their product again ! Being a CD 70 User for more than 10 years , i opted to go for cd 70 Dream tjhis time, unfortunately its front drum (Hub) had a flaw ... 1. The Drum was damaged due to which the rim couldnt be balanced properly. 2, the brake level was tight on half of wheel cycle and the brake was loose on other half rotation of the wheel cycle ! One could easily see the Front Drum Hub was imbalanced not the rim ! The Braking was Poor on the Front due to this .
So, i went to the dealership warranty claim and they Ignored straight Away Victim Blaming that you might have got into an accident and just get a rim balance which costed me 300 at that time! S The Rim never got Balanced correctly till this date ! Never Going to Buy a Honda Product ever again in my Life !
I understand your situation. Dealers are not entertaining their customers

Big blunder with your friend sir when he sell ybr and buy Cb. Dear sir when was I am the customer of honda till 2015 three time miner & major issues occur but honda Antina dealers trying there best to sell their spare parts instead customer delighted to received in claim Long stories regarding this topic and mostly victims may write & share.

یہی مسئلہ میرے ساتھ چھبیس ہزار کلومیٹرز کے بعد ہوا ہے اب سپرے مارا ہے کچھ ہی دیر پہلے ۔ ابھی ابھی ہیڈ لائٹ فٹ کر کے ا رہا ہوں۔ مسئلہ الحمد اللہ حل ہو گیا ہے
Yeh ek aisa masla hai jo kisi bhe time hoskta hai sensor ki waja sy. Sirf issue yeh hai k company aur uskay dealer ka attitude sahe hona chiya hai

سر ہم نے تو سی بی بھی چائنہ کا سمجھ کر لیا تھا کیونکہ ہمیں پتہ تھا کہ اس کے پارٹس کم از کم چار پانچ سال تو نہیں ملنے والے اور ہمیں جگاڑ سے کام چلانا پڑیگا اس لیے ٹینشن نہیں ہوئی۔ جب بھی کوئی مسئلہ ہو نہ ڈیلر کے پاس جاتے ہیں نہ کمپنی سے کوئی امید رکھتے ہیں اس لیے ہر چیز فی الحال تو فٹ فاٹ چل رہی ہے سترہ ماہ میں چھبیس ہزار کلومیٹر چل چکی ہے بائیک
