Whenever I want a UK cover of a book I just go to the UK Amazon and order from there. I don't Amazon a lot but I have bought from them specifically to do this. I'm sure you could do the same for the US!
I love reasons to get books off my TBR. Stupid FOMO. But that's why I keep track of my books every step of the way. Thank the spreadsheets gods! Haha I have tallies on how many books are physically owned, ebook owned, and arcs. Tallies on Unread/physically owned, Read and Liked, Gave Away (with sub tallies for Never Read and Liked but Not Enough to Keep). TBR lists for unowned with their various availabilities (Kindle Unlimited, Hoopla, physically through the library, or Preorder). Oh man. Lists and Spreadsheets are my life. 🤣 But it helps me feel burdened by the real backlist, which the provokes unhauling and delisting. 🎉
21:27 most bookshops will order niche books in for you - then you have another excuse to go back to the bookshop a couple of days later to pick it up 😊

You can change your country on your amazon account when you want to order a US cover and then change it back. I live in the US and that’s what I did before I discovered Waterstones 😊
Vlog idea. Unread and interested books, read the first chapter of each. Do a weekend reading blog reading them… Do a themed blog with some and do theme food,etc
I'm in the US and I've gone straight to Waterstones to get UK covers. It can get pricey but if you're super desperate you could see if Barnes and Noble ships to the UK. Loved the video ❤

I personally preferred the UK cover of House of Hunger. And the only time I ordered from Book Depository, it was the most inexpensive copy I could find at the time, so I was happy to have it. Book covers, like books, are so subjective. 😁 You should be very proud of your numbers of 2022 releases read. I don't get to most of my books in a timely manner. It took me 35 years to finally finish 1984, and I hated it. 😂
I never realized until this video that comparatively, it is easier to get uk covers in the us even without book depository than it is to get us covers in the uk. I never truly realized either that people actually wanted us covers lol
Didn’t realise getting us covers was such a struggle in the us In Germany bookshops often have multiple editions available online Maybe try asking in local bookshops if they are able to get the desired cover though I’m not sure how bookshops „work“ in the uk as in how databases work and where they order their books from
