it's just bus track tour organized for the people.... there is this event in every super gt race...japanese are amazing!!.. It's a Good idea.
The video was rec at nissan Fuji festival... The bus track tour was available also in this event

We all seem to have noticed the buses, but can anyone explain why buses are on the track? Is that a new class in GT racing?

Why blur out the Driver's LCD display at around 0:25 ? Also I'd pay to see competitive bus racing. P.S I'm sad NISMO and Nissan are pulling out of the IMSA Continental Series

I didn't realise they had changed to inline 4 turbo engines already, I thought it was something they were introducing in 2017, but this car sounds the same as a 350z gt500 v8 from years ago

engine rpm drop would slow the turbo (lag) so shoot some air in it!
Antilag
During braking, the rpm drops and the turbo rpm drops so you get a less responsive turbo.
The solution is to keep the turbo spooling.
During braking, the ignition and fuel is usually cut off. But for the anti lag, fuel is still injected into the cylinder and as soon as the exhaust valve opens, the soark plug ignites the mixture.
This means the explosion is not happening inside the cylinder, but in the exhaust, where also the turbo sits.
This explosion drives the compressor wheel of the turbo to spool it up and you get your bang more instantly.

I honestly don’t like the direction Super GT went with, but if it works I won’t object against it too much.
Which bus won? Seriously - if I was driving a bus there'd be a bus race going on.

I find it a bit weird for being an LHD car. Why is LHD so much more popular on race car even in Japan? I think Japanese would be more used to RHD cars!!
It’s probably because Super GT shared similarities with DTM, though this year it seems that DTM is shifting into GT3 racing.

I can do better in a better simulator that is called: assetto corsa... Gran turismo is definitely less realistic which makes no sense that you use it as a platform to grow future race drivers. Obviously it's all about the money...
+Artur As or the share number of players far out numbers Assetto corsa or any other full on sim.
Lol elitist. People who play gt6 on console are playing AC too. Just because it has "better" simulation doesn't mean it's a good game overall.
