I used to be super competitive about bodybuilding and was is super good shape. I also starting fighting , kickboxing, jujitsu, mma... Truly functional and strong as an ox. Shit happened in my life in 2017 which took me downhill and then in 2019 i competed in jujitsu again and was getting back in shape shedding my fat amd was motivated. But then we all know how our governments shut us down (i was in toronto) and there was no gym me for for almost 2 years and i did what i could, cycling over a 100 km and trying to do anything. But i kept on going downhill and life was fucked up too.
I had always fancy(ed) watch Seth's videos and loved his attitude so i started listening to him for my sanity and today in 2023. It was probably the 1st time in 5 years i was able to stay on the treadmill for over 30 mins 2024 i will be in the shape that i was before or better ...thanks Seth. It's a dream to meet you one day and spend some time with you learning from you.
