A few added great tips for newbies...
1. Use your cake scraper to smooth the chocolate on the final fill so you have less trimming to none.
2. You can actually cut a slit where the stick goes and it will help to remove your sicles more easily and it won't bother the shape.
3. You can even cut the sicle molder by separating it from 3 in 1 to 3 individual molds so you can work faster. Some can chill while your doing other designs on another. Etc..

I dye my popsicle sticks in food color and air dry then add a message on the stick (e.g., happy bday, 2022 grad). Wrap in a cello bag with ribbon or bow. It just adds a nice finishing touch.

Hi. Fantastic video. In your first video you say you store in a cool dry place. My question is where do you store them and what do you put them in? Plastic tupperware? A cooler? Also are they individually wrapped when you store them? Thank you for taking the time to share your talent.
Hi!! You can just store them on a countertop in a plastic Tupperware or gallon size ziplock. You can also store them in the fridge in the same containers. No I don’t individually wrap them unless my client specifies that they want then wrapped. I put a sheet of wax paper between each layer if you plan to stack them. I make sure they don’t touch even if it’s just a little space between. I hope this helps.
