Been on and off with a gaming centric channel here, and a side aspiration for a vlog/diy /tabletop gaming side channel, your videos last year helped me immensely in quelling a little bit of buyers remorse about getting the ZVE10 and actually got me to lug my camera and gear out to a convention and film some booths of devs talking about their games. Seeing what you could do with the camera and rigging options to look and act the part of a "professional" out and about has grown my confidence immensely and people at the convention were very excited once I approached them with a rig similar to your zve10 builds and a simple lav mic setup and saw me as the real deal. Thank you for making content and inspiring someone like me who has wanted this for 5 years and is only barely starting to hit upload now.
I’m not really a photo/video gear channel, but I do freelance work and have enjoyed these videos! Always makes me want to mess around and use different gear/edits for my videos even though they are mainly vlogs and thrifting/vintage videos hahah appreciate you!
Thomas, thanks a million. I'm facing the same challenge...I've been a senior pastor for 30-yrs. I started a CZcams channel in 2019/2020 to help our church through the pandemic era. I enjoyed it first, but as a small church, we could not sustain it consistently. So I stopped. But, the creative side of me enjoyed it--and I learned so much about videoing, editing, cameras, settings, etc... Now, one of my life coaches is nearly forcing me to start a new channel dedicated to releasing my internal creativity...my coach is requiring and pushing me to "Release Me" and emphasizing this cannot be launched to chase subscriptions...this thinking alone has been a game-changer for me mentally. Progress on my brother...youre doing it well. Cheers!

I've started my channel a little bit over a month ago with my videos and shorts related to watches and horology. It goes slow for now, but I think it's on a good trajectory and it brings me a lot of joy to post and create this videos and edits. Hopefully I will grow much bigger. I love the video I thought I needed to update from the zv e10. but then I realized I could just create a cinema rig for it. Investing in lenses and monitors/rig is better if you're a beginner to get used to the rig feel.

Yeah, big ups on a first year four figure landing. That is quite good. I'm still at sub 200 but I am so niche that this is expected. There are very few breakouts in the POV space, unless its an exotic location. Re: the best time to start? Yeah, it's like real-estate. When viewed on a long timescale, the cheapest time to buy is right now.

My goal for 2024 is to become part of the CZcams partner program! Almost there with the subs but it’s the watch hours which is taking more time than expected! Love the positivity in this video!
