    The mind is conditioned to imagine threats and create imaginary problems; it can't stop conjuring up problems to solve. Mindfulness and meditation help slow it down and focus. I like using the mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels, it goes well with Trenton's book.
