Hey man found these for $250 at local micro center. Was wondering if you could explain how to get my mic louder? It shows to be at 100 on the jbl application but for some reason the mic doesn’t sound loud and my friends can barely hear what I’m saying in warzone game.
So i bought the jbl quantum ones and was kinda let down on the 7.1 sound quality even after enabling through the windows sound settings BUT I DECIDED TO test it with DOLBY ACCESS and the SOUND OVERALL GOT A HUGE BOOST its ALOT louder now and SOUNDS AMAZING hope this HELPS ANYONE WHO IS HAVING LOW VOLUME TROUBLE
Sheesh i have the Logitech G933. Its time to let these go. Buttons dont really work, missing earxup cover, the battery dies in a few days, and the ear cups are annoying to replace. These are by far going down as 1080ti of gaming headphones. This Quantum One headset is by far the closest headset ive seen when comes to a high quality mic, virtual surround that is not terrible, and great quality sound. I just might buy these to replace my G933s.
was looking for a headset and my dad got these. when I looked for it online it was 260 and he said he got it for 80. insane price and think itd be hard to get something as good for that. if it was full price id probably get some secondhand sennheisers or some beyerdynamics but even if you get it for 150 should be a great buy
I am using them for last 6 months, Sound is great, 7.1 works very nice, not that satisfied with quantum spatial sound. MICROPHONE stopped working now, once i adjust microphone arm sometimes it catch but once you move it gently MICROPHONE DOESN'T work. In my opinion it shouldn't happened in headset worth 220 pounds.
Bought these at TJMaxx, but I got really lucky and found them on clearance for $39.00, no joke!! I couldn’t believe they marked them down that much. They must not have known how much they retail for, either that or they are just trying to push them outta the store quickly. They were originally $299 at Best Buy, on sale for $249. Figured I would finds some videos to watch on CZcams so I could see how everyone else feels about using them.

I've been using the Cloud Orbit S for about 2 months now and honestly, I'm dissappointed. You have to charge it and you can't use it while it's charging. I have the (bad?) habit of leaving the headset always plugged in my gaming notebook, so the battery drains really fast even if the headset is turned off. Well, this is a deal-breaker for me, so I'm considering the Quantum One!

@@DetroitFury I chose between quantum 600 and One. Q-600 doesn't have bluetooth and active noise reduction, but it's also wireless as Q-800. But there is some inconvenience in using wireless headphones- you need to charge them and eventually the battery capacity will become lower. That's why I'm going to buy Q-One. Another interesting fact is that in our shop price of Q-One 100$, Q-600 81$ and Q800 121$. I hope I will not regret, that I'll choose Q-One instead of Q-600....

the jbl and corsair had the best sounding mics. i wish you could've compared this to one of the sennheiser gaming headsets mics. pc37x or pc38x both bangers for their price point.

i replace my quantum one with g pro x. compare to steel series, cloud alpha and pro x still quantum one is my best choice. if you want boomy bass you will be overwhelm by these pair and they sound really good pairing with dolby atmos. what i dont want from quantum one is when you use anc the bass distorted a lot and theres a bug and minor issue with the software sometimes the headphone losses sound and need to restart the pc but it can lessen by minimizing the rgb light. all in all very good headphone soon ill be selling my pro x then go back to jbl but instead im gonna buy the wireless quantum 800

@@DetroitFury unfortunately, the JBL Quantum 800 is not on the Microsoft store. And I want to use my Microsoft rewards on a headset. Because I would be getting it for free. So the JBL Quantum One (a wired headset) is the only JBL gaming headset on the Microsoft store.
Amazon has these renewed for $150 it is Prime so I would expect them to be like new and they are returnable no questions. Im thinking about picking them up for that price however I’m yet to find anything better than my Sony xm3 wired to a DAC using Atmos for headphones while gaming and listening to music. I’ve tried Arctis Pro and Corsair Virtuoso XT returned them both. However with the head tracking, spatial audio and noise canceling could replace the XM3 for me. Your review answered a lot of questions but any thoughts on these replacing a decent quality non gaming headset. I don’t play competitive shooters just World of Warcraft some Diablo 3 and soon I’ll be back to Diablo 2 again. Thanks for any additional input.

@@DetroitFury ya I got everything set but when I got from like 60% to 100% there is very little change its almost un--noticable. Like my Razer kraken were louder.. Granted they are louder but not as clear sounding as this JBL but it seems there is a volume cap that reminds me if apple ear buds to keep from blowing out your ears? Does this make sense or did I just get a faulty headset? my video player was maxed, the headset was maxed, the surround set to precisive, pc volume 100% put in a USB port. @@DetroitFury lol nope. I tried the 800s first. U can’t get the features from the quantum app when using the 800s in wired form. So returned the 800s and got the “one” today. And i am using the “one” wired. They are super quiet compared to my a40s. I’m just having no luck finding the a40 killer

Exactly how accurate are the footsteps sounds in comparison with ASUS ROG Delta headsets? Because Asus has ESS Quad-DAC As this one is costlier than Asus My only focus is best footstep recognizing headsets (PS4 and PS5).

I prefer wired for PC gaming and judging by your review and others the 800 and One seem to be almost identical except for the head tracking which I might not use anyway and the One renewed is cheaper, I'm kinda sketchy about getting a used headset but if it's beat up I'll send it back.

Is this good for competitive gaming such as csgo? Can you hear footsteps in all directions, where the gun reload came from and gunfire sounds? Do you have an option of standard surround sound or the 3d sound. The 3d sound doesn’t seem very good for competitive? You need to cover these things bro it’s a “gaming headset” review right? You spent 5 minutes on the mic and only 40 seconds on gaming. 2/10 review

Any Idea how to raise the volume to the JBL Quantum One? I have everything maxed out and its not as loud as my ear buds, or even my turtle beach ps4 headset.
It should be straightforward...it's not as loud on console as it is on pc though cuz of the software
@@DetroitFury ya I got everything set but when I got from like 60% to 100% there is very little change its almost un--noticable. Like my Razer kraken were louder.. Granted they are louder but not as clear sounding as this JBL but it seems there is a volume cap that reminds me if apple ear buds to keep from blowing out your ears? Does this make sense or did I just get a faulty headset? my video player was maxed, the headset was maxed, the surround set to precisive, pc volume 100% put in a USB port. I mean their loud but not LOUD or LOOOUUUDDDD. I kinda want them like 10-20% louder
Doubt you got a faulty headset.... Is your game chat balance adjusted properly.... That's the last thing I could think of😅

@@DetroitFury lol nope. I tried the 800s first. U can’t get the features from the quantum app when using the 800s in wired form. So returned the 800s and got the “one” today. And i am using the “one” wired. They are super quiet compared to my a40s. I’m just having no luck finding the a40 killer
