I'm just going to say the durability of my second gen astro a50 lasting 5 years and still using I'm finally replacing it to get the Logitech a50x I find that if I only have to buy a headset with great sound quality every 5+ years it's totally worth it, most headsets I have ever had broke at the adjusters from putting them on several occasions. Just get what you pay for I guess

Recently went from A50 gen 4 to nova pro wireless 🛜 first set Wouldnt charge any battery 🪫 and second set one battery is dead 💀! Plugged into headset and used usb cable to try and charge and headset just beeps constantly,also mic 🎤 is annoying getting it out ! Quickly trying to find the mute button when your baby is crying or your g/f asks you a personal question so you don’t annoy your squad ! Amount of times I would go for mute button and hit power button ! Astro so much easier flip mic up done 👍🏻

Jesus. Isn't the point of these videos to show how it performs? Foe example, How many miles/hours/mins was the first stint? What did you have running in the car? What were the heating settings etc? How much battery was left when arrived at 1st supercharger? How long did you charge up to and up to what percentage? How much did it cost at this supercharger? I see so many of these videos that doesn't break the essentials down correctly.

I got the same problem with the 14" max 14 core. always heard the fan during exporting movies even in HD. The 16" has more space intern for the heat

Hey I just got the 16 inch m3 and im noticing the speakers are popping all the time. Read a couple reddit threads and found this is common on the larger models. Have you noticed this? Thinking of downgrading to the 14 inch cause its so annoying

In my opinion. These sound better than the nova pros. I actually got the nova pros over the other a50’s. The bass sounds more natural and deeper on these than the arctis. The arctis does have probably louder bass just not cleaner. The nova pros also seem to get twice as loud in overall volume. I actually made a comparison video of the Astro gen 3 vs steelseries arctis pros. And back then I have the nod to the arctis. I would reverse it now for the a50x.

Just bought this at a discount. I will get it iin 2 days time. Question: It´s been a while since i have had a good headset, does this headset not have a break in perioed, you know to soften up the speakers etc. So after a months use or so, it will be even better or is that not the case with headsets? I only know from speakers, so.... Thanks for a great video ;)

Mic quality between the Astro A50X and HS80 are very close. I just don’t like the HDMI connection style of the A50X. It should have just been 2 or 3 USB ports, similar to the Arctis Pro Wireless for simplicity.

I have 32GQ750-B monitor and have two HMDI 2.1 cords and followed the tutorial on how to set up Astro a50X to the PS5 did all that and I still have a black screen and when I disconnect everything and hook up just the HMDI that came with the PS5 it works

I've had these headphones for 2 years and they are FUCKING TANKS. I use them for work, travel etc and they have been through real mistreatment if I'm completely honest and they're still going strong. It's genuinely rare to see such high quality things made in today's manufacturing environment, even at higher price tags. I genuinely wish I bought another pair because I doubt I'll get ones as good again
